My carpets were cleaned over a month ago, and I waited to leave a review (you can tell a lot about how well your carpets were cleaned by waiting a few weeks to see if they get dirty right away). I'm really pleased -- still -- with how clean my carpets look. I'll definitely be calling them again. On top of that, Troy got out the worst stain ever in the history of kids: melted BLACK crayon. Plus random lipstick and mystery stains (yay for creative kids). He also helped with getting rid of the pet-and-potty-training accident smells. For the stain removal expertise alone I would go with Pinks. But the nice bonus is the carpets that stay clean longer than a few days. Pinks to the Rescue!! My wife and I recently bought a new home and needed to get our carpets cleaned. Another company came in and cleaned them, but did a horrible job. We didn't realize what a terrible job they had done until my wife woke up the first night in the home with a severe allergy attack to the previous owners dog hair and dander. After a horrible experience with this other company's customer service we called Pinks. Troy came out and assured us that he'd be able to get all the dog hair out of the carpet and the dander. When he finished cleaning the carpets he showed us the filters and he had filled up a plastic grocery sack FULL of wet hair. This was AFTER another company claimed to have cleaned it. Who knew that having a carpet cleaner come to your house could be such a great experience! I called Pinks carpet cleaning in a panic because while we were getting our house ready for guests to come over, our two-year-old took an ink pen to all six of our upholstered dining chairs! I quickly searched on yelp and found Pink's carpet cleaning. Troy was out to our house within an hour to save the day. He thoroughly cleaned all six chairs and then we had him do a Scotchgard on our four counter stools and our six chairs. The chairs literally look brand-new like nothing ever happened to them and they will be dry by the time our guests arrive. Troy is a very friendly, honest and clean-cut guy. It's nice to have someone come over that you can easily trust to have around your wife and kids without having to worry. Probably the best part of the whole experience was the pricing. I only had to spend about $100 in order to save $2000 in chairs. That's including the Scotchgard treatment. Well worth the investment and I cannot imagine getting a better price elsewhere. I cannot say enough good things about Pink's Carpet Cleaning! We had them clean the floors in our rental and he did such an awesome job that we had him clean our own home too. A different company had previously done a really terrible job and there was still dog hair everywhere (dog hair=allergy attack=no sleep=very grouchy me). I had heard great things about Pink's so we called them up, explained the situation, and they squeezed us into their schedule the very next morning. We thought it would be outrageously expensive to clean the carpets on a 7000sqft home but the pricing was very reasonable and worth every penny. I am so glad I found Pink on Yelp. I have an area rug with viscose which was wreaked by the cleaner we used the year before. Rich and Matt took the time to look at the contents of the rug, explained to us the challenge of cleaning viscose and alerted us that the rug may look different after the cleaning. They cleaned along the pattern, worked around the viscose and brushed out the rug after the cleaning, they totally undid the damage done last year and restored the rug. I am so thankful they were willing to come all the way from Lehi to Deer Valley. I hope they will continue to service our area. Pink's is the third carpet cleaner we've had at our house, and they were absolutely, hands down the most thorough. We have light colored carpet, and with three kids and two small dogs, our carpet was in rough shape since having it done 18 months ago, but it really does look like new. Whoopsie. Putting away an armful of groceries the day before leaving for a week vacation out of state resulted in a major catastrophe as a gallon of milk accidentally smacked against the concrete corner of our basement office. The entire container busted and spewed at least 5 feet in a radius, soaking the Berber carpeting. It was sopped up and cleaned with the carpet cleaner spray can we had on hand the best we could. Thinking it was taken care of, we headed out of town. Boy, were we in for a wretched surprise upon our return as the stench carried through our house (someone was home the entire time, but didn't realize the smell until we were almost back from our trip. As a side note, the day before we left our 10+ year old front loading washing machine broke down mid wash and we didn't have time to get it repaired. Pulled the half-washed load out didn't quite cut it and the remaining liquid festered in the basin the whole week we were gone, adding to the grotesque air quality upon our return. We messaged Pinks Carpet to come to our rescue (they couldn't come for a couple days - but we understood the wait - we should've had it taken care of while we were out of town - and contacted a separate appliance repair person, but it was what it was. Both companies took care of us as soon as they could and all is well. Pinks outdid themselves with friendliness, punctuality, quality, swift procedure, and pleasant aroma while it dries (could seem strong, but it sure beats the stench and opening windows and doors for ventilation helped a ton).
