I realized it had been three years since I moved into my house and I'd never had my light colored…read morecarpets professionally cleaned (It's ok if you think I'm gross) so I had Tyler come out and clean my living room even though I was pretty sure the carpet was a lost cause and just should have been removed. I do know Tyler personally (I need to let you know that because, you know, fairness and full disclosure and such) so he had been in my home and seen my carpet prior to cleaning it and he said that he thought he could make it look and feel new again. While I had my doubts, I made an appointment. He showed up with his van of tricks and explained the whole process to me as he was getting set up. I have two big dogs, so because of that, in addition to cleaning the carpet he was going to apply a disinfecting treatment as well. It made me happy to know that it's a chemical free process and that all of the cleaning solutions are citrus based. Every single little spot is gone from my carpet. Tyler's work is nothing short of some kind of carpet cleaning voodoo ninja magic and I'm so glad I let him have a shot at cleaning it. It looks, feels, and smells at least as good as new. It actually probably smells better than new because there's not really "that new carpet smell" but if there was, I would hope it smelled fruity and citrussyv and clean, because it's fantastic. Tyler is wonderful and if you need carpet or upholstery cleaning, he should for sure be your first choice. I'm pretty excited to have him back to clean my sofa. Like. Soon.

I've used Clean Green for years and never had an issue until this visit. Unfortunately, this was…read morethe worst service I've ever received from them, and my emails about my concerns have gone unanswered. I paid $430 and did not receive the thorough cleaning I've come to expect. During previous visits, they pretreated stains and pet urine before steam cleaning. That wasn't done this time, and Scotchgard wasn't offered either. After the couch cleaning, there are visible dirty streaks where it looks like the dirt was spread around rather than removed. The technician also didn't use corner protectors, leaving black scuffs and scratches on my newly painted baseboards throughout the rooms they cleaned. I'm now going around with a Magic Eraser trying to remove those marks myself. The technician wasn't as friendly or approachable as others have been. I initially wondered if he was having a bad day and felt uncomfortable saying something, but after discovering the damage and getting no response to my emails, I'm extremely upset. After years as a loyal customer, spending $430 on this experience--and then having my concerns ignored--is unacceptable. I've requested a full refund and am still waiting for a response.

She picked Perfect Solution...and it really couldn't have been a better selection! Ronato arrived on time on the 27th of January in his personal pick-up truck loaded with all of the equipment he needed. I thought to myself, "Where are the large van and steam generation equipment and noisy suction pumps?" Nope...Ronato didn't need all that. So after us describing what we wanted and some of the bad spots where our two elderly Italian Greyhound had left us surprises, he got to work. I think the overall steps he took were at least five...1.) full vacuuming with one of his industrial HEPA vacuums, 2.) pre-treating some of the bad spots with an enzyme spray, 3.) working (literally scrubbing) the treatment into the carpet with what looked like a rotary floor polisher with scrubbing bristles, 4.) hand scrubbing some of the tougher spots, and then 5.) a full steam clean and extraction of all of the nasties. Frankly, Ronato busted his butt and worked hard for over three hours doing the traffic areas in our front room, family room, hallway, office, and two bedrooms (plus a small walk-in closet.) When it was all over, Perfect Solution's Jared had Ronato leave a portable fan with us that we moved around the house to aid with drying, and 24 hours later...it was done! Probably the best overall cleaning we've had ever. Kudos to Perfect Solutions and a special thanks to Ronato for hustling three hours straight to get our carpets clean. Fantastic job. Five Stars for great service and some clean carpets!
