We live in a 4 story townhome our balcony is in the fourth floor, where our BBQ is located... as you can imagine bringing marinated food all the way up and dropping the entire bowl of meat and Chinese RED BBQ SEASONING onto off white/grey ish carpet is NOT something you want to do! Sent them a couple of pictures and they came out as soon as possible Jerod was VERY knowledgeable with what type of cleaner to use and took care of it like it was NEVER there! He even touched up some landings where the sauce splattered onto the 2nd and 1st floor. Value wise we definitely felt like we under paid! Thank you Jerod!

They may not be happy with me that I made that claim, but in my case, it's so true! The Power Plus team is simply awesome. Not only have I had a lot of experience with the PP team at my place of employment, I've had them clean my carpets at home because they do such a great job. After working with them, I honestly wouldn't have considered any other company. The most important and impressive aspect of the Power Plus business is their tenacity and reliability. They have removed stains and spills from carpet that I would have bet could not be removed, and they do it when and how they say they will. The technicians this family-owned business employs are very respectful, personable, and will always do the best job for the best deal they can. Oh yeah; they clean tile and grout too. Really well. My only complaint is scheduling them - they're really busy now because the word is out!

I was able to get a lot of it out on my own but it left a giant blue spot on my carpet. I also could not get into the fibers. I called Zerorez but they could not come for a week and a half. I needed it cleaned right away before the color settled into the fibers. My friend told me about Ecocarpet. I called them and they were able to come the next day. Collin was great he came earlier and was fast and sufficient. I couldn't believe the black spot came out. However when it dried the blue Hugh came back. Before Collin left he said there product is guaranteed l. So I called them up and they were able to come back right away and try one more time. I am very impressed with there service. I ended up getting 5 rooms done for $100 vs Zero Rez which was going to be $100 for 3 rooms. I am so glad I went with them. I would highly recommend them over any other company in Utah. They use the same system as Zerorez no harsh chemicals on your carpet and dries fairly quickly. I will be using them only again in the future.
