Vital Clean is on another level, and I'll never use another service again. I'm a landlord of ~17 units and I use Vital Clean for all of them for 4 main reasons. 1) The quality is unmatched. The owner, Jimmy, ONLY buys the top of the line equipment and parts to ensure the highest quality. Then, he applies them in the right way -- see point 2. 2) Jimmy knows the equipment, the chemical processes, and the tricks of the trade better than anyone I've met. I will 10/10 recommend Vital Cleaning to anyone in Utah. We just moved to Utah and into a rental house that reeked of cat urine. The rental company said it didn't smell of cat urine and the company wasn't going to reclean the carpets that were already (poorly) cleaned. I passed the Vital Cleaning truck on the road one day and gave him a call later that week. Jimmy came in and did a black light screening to show all of the urine that was in the carpet.
