It's hard to know whether or not to trust online reviews anymore, but with these guys I decided to see what all the glowing reviews were about. Turns out: they're about a truly great company, with cheerful, supportive technicians--and MAN their communication is *killer.* They were prompt by both phone and text, kept me up-to-date on when I could expect them to arrive, talked me through every single step of the process, and didn't talk to me any differently than they talked to my husband (which, unfortunately, is all too common with technicians, I've found). Our story: we had a puddle of water in our basement after a recent thunderstorm. Glenn and Ryan showed up within an hour, calmed our nerves, helped us inspect our home, cleaned up the mess, and left us with some fans to dry out the room. Their prices were reasonable, and they came back today to pack out the fans, exactly as they'd promised. In short: at every step of the process, they knocked it out of the park. All these glowing reviews you're reading? It's not a scam or some kind of marketing ploy. It's a reflection of a really exceptional company who is actually *enjoyable* to work with. read more

We had a pipe burst unexpectedly downstairs in our home. I was able to get most of the water up quickly, but I knew I had to hire professionals to make sure no mold was growing. These guys arrived promptly, the staff were intelligent, knowledgeable, and well presented. The cleanup took a few hours, and then they left San's to do the work for two additional days. I am extremely pleased with this company and recommend it. read more

They were quick to respond, very knowledgeable, great at communicating and extremely friendly. My husband is a DIY kinda guy, and they were willing to explain the steps he could take himself, rather than pushing their services on us. Glad we decided to leave this one to the experts, and are extreme happy with the outcome. Hopefully we won't need their services anytime soon, but I highly recommend this company. read more

We had a crazy flood in our basement from an irrigation ditch. Mike and Ryan immediately came out with their crew and quickly cleaned up the water and moved everything out of our basement. They were upfront on all the damage and pricing. No surprises, super easy to work with. They made a stressful situation more manageable. If we ever need help with flood clean up again, we will be using them. read more

These guys are out of this world! They had this uncanny system where they would be on one job getting that situation under control and then be able to temporarily leave that situation to help get your emergency under control, and then be able to temporarily leave your situation to go back to the last one or to go attend to a whole new emergency. They are masters at spinning plates and from what I can tell (and from what all the reviews online say) they've never come close to letting any plate fall to the ground. I felt like my relatively minor emergency was their sole focus. But it was also reassuring to see them attending to other customers at the same time, because I was probably one of those other customers. The guys that helped me - Glen and Ryan - had the knowledge, poise, professionalism, and bed-side manner of world renowned surgeons. They were candid, informative, and super attentive. The owner of the company even followed up with me to see how things were going and to ask how his guys were. Absolutely care and service for their customers is obviously something that comes from the top down. They were unbelievably clean and tidy, quiet, and included me every step of the process. My emergency was just a minor toilet tank leak that had travelled from the upstairs bathroom and down the wall on the floor below, effecting the wall in my pantry and front room, but they were as thorough and serious about it as if it were a total flood or devastating fire: they were never dismissive of my relatively minor situation. They sealed off as much of the effected area as possible so that the blowers and dehumidifiers they left running for a couple days would be as unobtrusive and non disruptive as possible. My emergency occurred over New Year's Eve and they had no problem coming out to make sure everything was under control, even coming back New Year's Day to check up on things. One of the most unexpected and awesome things was the relationship they had with the State Farm claim adjuster I used and the construction company that repaired the damage. They do so much business that they have these close relationships with various insurance companies and adjusters that the process and handoffs were virtually seamless. They even went out of their way to be present during the claim estimate process to make sure the adjuster got everything right. At one of our places, we discovered some black mold under the kitchen sink up against the back wall. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that water was leaking from a couple of broken pipes that were behind a wall. A good friend of ours recommended 24 Hour Flood & Fire Response . From day one, Mike and Linda @ 24 Hour Flood & Fire Response were wonderful to work with. Mike performed a detailed preliminary inspection and provided us with detailed analysis of his findings. He worked through many difficulties and then kept us informed with periodic updates as to how the restoration process was progressing. Linda was fantastic to work with as well. She, along with Mike provided us with a detailed invoice that is needed for our records and they were wonderful and understanding to our unique need which involved a delayed final payment on our part. Additionally, they introduced us to another related contractor to assist us in the final stages of the restoration process of our property. This outstanding contractor, along with the outstanding work provided 24 Hour Flood & Fire Response fully restored our property back to the way it was prior to the water leak. Now that our property has been restored, my wife and I will always be grateful to Mike and Linda at 24 Hour Flood & Fire Response not only for their outstanding professionalism, but for their kindness and understanding to the unique situation we found ourselves in during this stressful issue. You guys are the best! Hook 'Em! read more

Just completed a mold restoration project with this company. Couldn't be happier with the experience! Some of the highlights: - the owner promptly returned my initial call - bid the project the next day - scheduled to begin the repair the following day - VERY knowledgeable, punctual, personable and detailed technicians (Ryan was the lead on our job and he was FANTASTIC!) - took detailed notes, photos and readings during the entire process - made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way - required zero follow up/overseeing on my end because they were so professional and skilled - made sure they took their time, even keeping the dryers on the areas for an extra day to ensure the wood was completely dry before proceeding. - fair prices for the service, expertise and focus this company pours into your job If you have a problem that this company handles - I would highly recommend utilizing their professional services read more

Came home to water damage after being on vacation. They responded to my 7am call immediately and Glenn was there within the hour. Website says they service Tooele and it's a 24 hour flood response service. We called for our flooding basement at 2:55am and they told us they would not be able to make it out to us today. Maybe they were super busy, but flooding is usually an emergency and I'm surprised a 24 hour response company said they couldn't make it to my house today. read more

I live in a 1st floor apartment in Boulder, CO, that took on some water in the recent flooding. My local hardware store connected me with these guys and they were able to help me the same evening I called. They quickly found water damage and mold I didn't know I had - I had only been concerned about wet carpet. They were great - explaining the process to me and even helping me take videos so that I had documentation for my landlords. Mike and Rob even met with the landlords when they came back to pick up the equipment 2 days later; it was truly above and beyond of them. Mike explained how the drying work they did saved the landlords from bigger problems and higher costs down the road, and also pressed them to make things right by reimbursing me. All in all, a super company that does great work. Costs were reasonable ($600 for 2 days in my case) and Mike is a very honest and nice guy to deal with. read more

This company is amazing! We had flooding in our basement because of a broken sprinkler head, and Glen and Ryan came out immediately and got to work. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Very professional, and awesome customer service. They were really good at staying in touch through calls and text messages, and they always kept me up to date with what was going on; they were also really helpful in dealing with our insurance, and letting me know what I should expect. I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with flooding. read more

An outside pipe burst and flooded a few rooms. It was bad. My husband was very sick and in the hospital for weeks. He was having chemo and was very susceptible to every little germ. 24 Hour Flood Response came in to save the day. They were so awesome and used a lot of equipment to dry everything. They were so careful to look for different types if mold and explained everything they were doing and why. We have been taken advantaged of before but not by these guys. They made me feel so much better about everything. I trust them completely. I will never go to anyone else again. They deserve a huge shout out. THSES GUYS ARE THE BEST! read more

Excellent customer service, we called Mike when we had a kitchen flood that also flooded our basement--he had a team out in an hour to start the cleanup, and then followed up each day until things were ready for repair. When we had experienced the first flood in our home, we had no idea who to call. 24 Hour Flood Response came very highly recommended by a friend, and we soon found out why! My husband and I were surprised to find a company that was the TOTAL PACKAGE! They responded quickly, were very professional, friendly, and patient in explaining the process and answering our many questions. They never guessed at where the water damage reached. They used imaging and sensors to get the solid facts and create a plan to quickly dry out the affected areas. They were respectful with our home and belongings, and cleaned up after themselves each time they entered our home. When all was dry and ready to be restored, they put us in contact with Chris Taylor (Taylored Renovations), and they worked complete magic on our home. Their workmanship was seamless. Chris and his professional team were just as friendly, professional and respectful! We couldn't be happier with the outcome. read more
