Allen cleaned our windows inside and out today (Saturday). He did an excellent job not only cleaning the windows, but also keeping the inside of the house clean as he moved from room to room. We have been in the home about three years and never had the windows cleaned, so there was some build up on the window well windows that he gave an extra treatment. The house feels cleaner because the windows are sparkling clean. Disrespectful, broke several screens, subpar job. Thought I was getting such a good deal but you get what you pay for. Wouldn't tell me a time he was coming and expected me to just wait around all day for him. Showed up with an assistant or friend and proceeded to bad mouth other clients. Man-handled by windows to get them out of the frame (some down't slide as well now) and in the process broke 4 screens. Instead of admitting it, he just said they must never have fit right to begin with. He then showed me a few windows that had hard water spots on them. Told me what to use on them and that he had the stuff in his car and it worked great. My thought "wait. so I'm hiring you to clean my windows..you have the stuff in your car to clean this one properly..yet you're instructing ME how to do it??". He was just in a rush to get to the next home. He is literally the worst window cleaner we've ever had. No idea how he got good reviews. Well I don't know how to say this but this guy is just absolutely awesome he just saved me in a bind I called him on Wednesday he had a lot of work on schedule he came out about 7 pm and he did an excellent job he told me that he goes to work at 4 AM and was on his way home I know he was tired he did a couple extra windows and didn't even charge me or tell me about them until I noticed that they were nice and shiny and he still wouldn't charge me for them I highly recommend him and his prices are very reasonable!!! read more
