They told us they were going out of business so they couldn't do it . well, today, a month later I saw them at a neighbors house installing gutters ! I was scheduled for the first week of October, 2021 for my repair. The week came and went. No call from Ace, no repair. I called 2 weeks later and Eric said he meant to call but things were backed up, I should be scheduled for the end of October. October came and went. No call from Ace, no repair. I call again. Now I am told they don't have the product due to shipping issues from the supplier. I was told they will call in November to update me. End of November, no call, no repair. I call again. I'm told they received product and I should get my work done by the end of the month. Nope. Still no call, no repair. Finally mid December someone shows up at 4 pm, but he was alone so he couldn't complete the job. The other employee that was to help had to get home. I call the next week to find out when the gutter will be installed and was told today. Finally. It took 4 months to complete my job. I understand shipping issues but I don't understand poor customer service. You had my deposit and not one time in 4 months did you let me know what was going on. I had to call over and over again.
