I have searched far and wide to find a window cleaning company that is reliable, affordable, and does a quality job. These guys are it! I was recommended to them by my neighbor and I'm so glad I was. Jessica the office manager knew of the problems I've had with previous companies and she made sure that I was taken care of. They also were able to get my back windows that were 70ft up (see picture). Consider me a regular customer! read more

The work is good. Unfortunately it rained (unexpectedly) the day after our windows were cleaned ($350 job). We called to see if we could get a touch up on just our front windows and were told it would be an additional $100! Poor customer service. read more

The cleaners were incredibly friendly and professional. There were some issues with our almost 40 year old windows, but they didn't try to hide it, instead they were up front with what could and couldn't be cleaned. The price was better than I expected, definitely worth the money. I also loved that unlike most of the other companies we've hired lately (and there have been many), they put shoe-covers on when they came in the house. read more

Terrible service. First, they cancelled the original appointment last minute. Then when they came out they said it was exterior windows only. Then they left water in my hardwood floors. In addition, they didn't get the hard water spots off. Then said they would remove it but of course wanted to charge more. I would not use them again. read more

STAY AWAY!! This company has terrible customer service and they lie! I called and set up an appointment- I had found them on Groupons- I wanted to make sure I could get in before I bought. When I called they said they could give me better pricing if I did not buy from groupons because they would not have to pay them. We discussed sq. footage and that I only wanted one level done. When the guy showed up 1 hour late -he said my owner said I can not do your windows for the price my office quoted you and really didn't want to do them at all. They doubled their price and pretty much walked away- Bate and Switch. I wouldn't have been so upset if they would have called the day before and explained this to me. Wasted my time! read more

We have used Pro Clean windows since 2007 when we first purchased our home in Riverton and continue to do so. Steve and his crew do an amazing job! I absolutely love Anthony! He does a great job and I request him every time when I can however all of them are great! They're courteous and quick with their work, I hardly know when they're here because they are so quiet. Their prices are fair and I love knowing that they have a week guarantee on the windows if I feel something wasn't right or if Utah's bi-polar weather decides to make an appearance. They also take great care on wearing protective coverings on their shoes while inside your home which I appreciate. I never have an issue trying to get a hold of them, they are pretty quick to call back and I enjoy speaking with them when they do. Also, they do Christmas lights!!! They put them up and take them down all within a timely manner of the holiday season and are quick with that as well. I highly recommend these guys! You won't be disappointed. read more

I needed larger six-inch gutters and downspouts because heavy rain can overwhelm the existing system and cause flooding at my home. Gutter Boys came out, carefully walked the property with me, understood the drainage problems, and prepared a detailed quote covering the gutters, downspouts, heat cable, valley shield, and gutter guards. Their representative was knowledgeable and confident, and their recommendations gave me a lot of confidence in the company. Their complete quote was $4,520--about $400 less than the competing $4,922 quote I had received for substantially the same scope. Based on my conversations with them, I intended to hire Gutter Boys. Unfortunately, while rushing to complete the project before surgery and the next major storm, I mistakenly approved both companies' proposals. Another contractor completed the installation the day before Gutter Boys was scheduled to arrive. Gutter Boys had already reserved the day, arranged for their six-inch gutter machine, and sent a crew to my home before I realized my mistake. They had every reason to be frustrated, but they handled the situation graciously and professionally. I offered to compensate them $250 for the lost time and scheduling disruption. They accepted that amount and promptly refunded the remaining $625 of my deposit. I cannot review their finished installation because my mistake prevented them from doing the work. I can say that their evaluation was thorough, their quote was detailed and competitively priced, their communication was excellent, and their conduct after losing a full day of work was exceptionally fair. I would confidently call Gutter Boys first for future gutter work.

I love this company. When I checked on prices from other companies, this company was the most reasonable and do more than other companies do. For example, a lot of companies only do the outside or charge a lot more to do the inside. They wipe out the window seal on the inside. Also they were ready to leave when one of them noticed a smudge on one of the windows and came back to clean it. I probably wouldn't have noticed but you could tell they took a lot of pride in their work. Awesome company! read more
