We hired Jon to clean our rain gutters and drains. They were a mess because they hadn't been cleaned in 6+ years. He was here working on it for almost 7 hours today. Great experience with this company! I received a prompt response on Yelp with a price per unit and set up an appointment. My service pro arrived and got to work quickly, but he was quite concerned about being thorough. These windows had bird droppings, dust, mineral build-up, and leftover wood siding stain, and he was able to remove all of it from a 3-story home. I have to give them one star based on my experience with them. While Jon is a nice guy he gave us a bid and forgot to give us the full bid as requested. Once we got it, we were told that it was for inside and outside and exterior only was 70% of the price (which is a head scratcher at that). We thought we could do all the inside windows easily except one. We responded back and gave him the 70% and asked for one interior window to be included in that price that we could not reach and he essentially ran away. His response was "The interior windows by the staircase are the most difficult windows to clean and were a significant factor in my original bid. Unfortunately I am going to have to pass on doing this job. Thank you for considering our company." So what he really wanted after all this was to get the higher price and not work with us. I have 3 other bids and our business is going elsewhere. Buyer beware you are going to get up sold. read more

We have had nuermous large companies in the past..they don't even come close! Just had our windows cleaned by Jon and we could not be happier. We have a 2-story house with about 34 windows including french doors and every one of them went from dingy to crystal clear. Jon did the whole job by himself quickly and efficiently and he was so friendly as well. He also was really considerate as he took his shoes off at the front door so as to not dirty our dirty floors (Jon needs to clean floors too). He also handled our 3 dogs with ease. found sud bud on yelp, we own a 100 year old craftsman in the west adams adjacent area, we have lived here for nearly 2 years and realized we have never had the windows cleaned...and WOW...what a difference, Jon did a fab job. He responded to my intial email promptly and schedule an time to review the job, once he gave me a price i immediately scheduled the project in for the following week, due to an unexpected oversea's guest i had to re schedule my original date which was no problem. Then the day of the job my schedule got thrown in to crazy land, which never happens, jon was most obliging in moving my appointment later in the day, which i rewarded with a nice tip. I had my windows cleaned today by Sudbud's. Jon originally came out gave me a very fair quote and then got me taking weather into consideration he got me on the schedule pretty quickly. He was a very nice guy and he did an amazing job. It was no easy task. We have window that are basically 3 stories tall on the front of our house and all of the windows were fairly dirty because they hadn't been cleaned in a few years. I hired John to do the windows in our house. A total of 40, inside and out. He was fantastic. He was able to fit me in the next day, very professional, and most important did a fantastic job. No mess, inside our out. We had several windows that had a lot of hard water spots which he was able to remove without scratching or etching the windows. He also cleaned our screens. Very fair priced. He wore a mask while indoors due to the a COVID 19 issues. If I could rate higher, I would. I will definitely be hiring him at least 2 times a year. read more

This company was a great Yelp find! Jon was easy to get ahold of and was able to get back to me right away with a quote after I sent him a picture of the outside of my house. Very fair price for 3 stories of windows! Jon showed up wearing a mask and ready to work. The condo does not have a water source up front and he needed to carry buckets of water from my deck all the way around the complex to the front--no problem, did it with a smile. One had heavy hard water spotting from the sprinklers hitting it for YEARS, but he tried three different things to try to clean it off. He was there a long time and wouldn't charge more than the quote for the extra work he put in. The windows look amazing; his service was professional and I must say amazing also.
