Cannot say enough great things about Jon. Moved into a house that had not had the windows cleaned in years. Jon spend the day scraping off the minerals and crap with a razor. Over every single inch of glass on a three-story house. The windows are so clean i walk around thinking they are open when the AC kicks in. read more

Excellent gutter cleaning job at a reasonable price. We look forward to working with him again.

Best you'll find. Fast and thorough. Knowledgeable about mineral deposits and products to use. Professional and communicative.

Jon was very quick to come by and provide an estimate, and just as quick coming back to do an excellent job cleaning our gutters for a reasonable price. Highly recommended. read more

John called back quickly, gave a bid for the work without hesitation, and showed up for the job on time and was very courteous. He worked very hard at soft washing the house and cleaning the windows and was here for quite some time. The house, although old, is much cleaner. I would recommend Sudbud house and window cleaning to anyone and hire him again. read more

We hired Jon to clean our rain gutters and drains. They were a mess because they hadn't been cleaned in 6+ years. He was here working on it for almost 7 hours today. He did an amazing job and even pressure washed our driveway and walkways when he was done to make sure they looked good. He is very professional and does great work. I highly recommend. read more

Great attention to detail and commitment to quality work. I had hard water stains on the outside glass from the sprinklers splashing the windows; years of buildup - gone! Jon was even able to clean the basement windows. read more

I had Jon clean my windows because I'm moving and needed them to look clean and shining. He did such a great job, they hadn't been professionally cleaned in 5 years so had hard water spots and they looked amazing when he was through. His prices are very reasonable and I will recommend him to my real estate agent and friends and neighbors. read more

Jon did an amazing job cleaning our windows. My husband always cleans them (he thinks he's a pro). We are selling our home and needed to get our windows cleaned, and we ran out of time cleaning them ourselves. Jon came with only a few days lead time. The windows look amazing. When my husband saw them, he said he would never try to do them himself again, because it's night and day difference. We can't recommend Jon enough! read more

Great job cleaning the gutters. Washed my solar panels too. Punctual, professional, friendly.

Very thorough and accommodating. Did an excellent job. Then it rained. So he texted me and asked if he should come over next day and check for spots. I was impressed and said please do. He did and touched a few of the windows up for us. That was above and beyond. read more

John and I used to work together many years ago. He is honest, his work is thorough, and his prices are fair.

Jon was absolutely amazing and a total professional. He gave me a quote by simply sending him pics of all 4 sides of my home. When he came to our home, he was respectful and even took off his shoes before entering our home without being asked and also wore a mask. The price he quoted was the price we paid and he put in many more hours than we anticipated. Will definitely be recommending him to family and friends and be using his services again. read more

Great experience with this company! I received a prompt response on Yelp with a price per unit and set up an appointment. My service pro arrived and got to work quickly, but he was quite concerned about being thorough. These windows had bird droppings, dust, mineral build-up, and leftover wood siding stain, and he was able to remove all of it from a 3-story home. My views of the Wasatch and Oquirrh mountains are once again crystal clear, and it was done at a reasonable price. Thank you thank you! read more

Feels like a new house. People keep asking if we installed additional windows. Looks amazing!

I have to give them one star based on my experience with them. While Jon is a nice guy he gave us a bid and forgot to give us the full bid as requested. Once we got it, we were told that it was for inside and outside and exterior only was 70% of the price (which is a head scratcher at that). We thought we could do all the inside windows easily except one. We responded back and gave him the 70% and asked for one interior window to be included in that price that we could not reach and he essentially ran away. His response was "The interior windows by the staircase are the most difficult windows to clean and were a significant factor in my original bid. Unfortunately I am going to have to pass on doing this job. Thank you for considering our company." So what he really wanted after all this was to get the higher price and not work with us. I have 3 other bids and our business is going elsewhere. Buyer beware you are going to get up sold. read more

Jon and his asssitant Zach are truly the best window washers in town. We have lived in our home for over 36 years and NEVER had such wonderfully clean windows! We have had nuermous large companies in the past..they don't even come close! Jon and Zach arrived on time, worked diligently and meticulously..they are most neat and were careful to 'detail' and re -detail each of our many windows..large and small..as well as the screens. Our home now looks as if we have no windows..not a smudge! I highly recommend Jon and his company, SudBud to you.....they are competitve in costs..and most important professional and dedicated to their work! JW read more

He did a great job on the outside and the inside of the house including the gutters! He didn't just complete it quickly, the quality was premium. Great work! read more

Just had our windows cleaned by Jon and we could not be happier. We have a 2-story house with about 34 windows including french doors and every one of them went from dingy to crystal clear. Jon did the whole job by himself quickly and efficiently and he was so friendly as well. He also was really considerate as he took his shoes off at the front door so as to not dirty our dirty floors (Jon needs to clean floors too). He also handled our 3 dogs with ease. Jon's prices are so reasonable and he did the quote right over the phone. Last but not least, I am so elated with his work that I can't wait to have him back again. read more

Please use Jon at SudBud Window Cleaning!! I came across him accidentally as he was doing a bid for a neighbor. I had been thinking of finding someone to clean my windows so this worked out perfect. I feel like singing "I can see clearly now..." My rooms are actually brighter. Jon was professional, timely, responsive - everything you want when hiring a stranger. You won't be sorry! read more

Definitely 5 stars.....So clean I keep thinking the windows are open just like the other clients. Jon spent the day cleaning our windows inside and out. Cleanest they've been in 25 years. Incredibly hard working guy. The job actually took longer than he estimated but he was willing to stick by his original quote which was very reasonable. On time and very professional. Will be calling him again in the future. A very stress free experience! Thanks Jon. read more

found sud bud on yelp, we own a 100 year old craftsman in the west adams adjacent area, we have lived here for nearly 2 years and realized we have never had the windows cleaned...and WOW...what a difference, Jon did a fab job. He responded to my intial email promptly and schedule an time to review the job, once he gave me a price i immediately scheduled the project in for the following week, due to an unexpected oversea's guest i had to re schedule my original date which was no problem. Then the day of the job my schedule got thrown in to crazy land, which never happens, jon was most obliging in moving my appointment later in the day, which i rewarded with a nice tip. Definately will recommend him and will book him again. read more

Everything was great! Definitely using again. In fact, signed up for regular service!

John came out to clean my gutters and upon inspection, he said they did not need cleaning this year. That honesty is very appreciated. I will use him in the future. read more

I had my windows cleaned today by Sudbud's. Jon originally came out gave me a very fair quote and then got me taking weather into consideration he got me on the schedule pretty quickly. He was a very nice guy and he did an amazing job. It was no easy task. We have window that are basically 3 stories tall on the front of our house and all of the windows were fairly dirty because they hadn't been cleaned in a few years. I will most definitely be using him again and on a regular bases. I will also recommend him to all my friends and neighbors. read more

Jon was fantastic to work with. He made sure each window was spotless. I would recommend SudBud to anyone ready for Spring window cleaning.

Said they would call me to come by for a quote and never reached out or followed up. Incredibly unprofessional.

Excellent work and very professional. Jon was punctual and cleaned the exterior wall/sidings and windows of our 2-story house in about 5 and a half hours. Couldn't be happier! All positive reviews here on Yelp are right on the money; Jon is exceptionally organized and price was reasonable. Will definitely have him back again! Having sparkling windows do make a difference! woohoo! Highly recommended.Great job, Jon, and thank you so much. read more

Jon did an incredible job. Our property had a ridiculous amount of windows and he made sure to take care of every last detail on them still. It's so refreshing when you can find people who genuinely care and don't just want to get the job done. Thanks so much Jon! I definitely recommend! read more

Without a doubt the best ever! Responsive, courteous, professional and very friendly. Plus my windows are stunningly spotless!

I hired John to do the windows in our house. A total of 40, inside and out. He was fantastic. He was able to fit me in the next day, very professional, and most important did a fantastic job. No mess, inside our out. We had several windows that had a lot of hard water spots which he was able to remove without scratching or etching the windows. He also cleaned our screens. Very fair priced. He wore a mask while indoors due to the a COVID 19 issues. If I could rate higher, I would. I will definitely be hiring him at least 2 times a year. read more

This company was a great Yelp find! Jon was easy to get ahold of and was able to get back to me right away with a quote after I sent him a picture of the outside of my house. Very fair price for 3 stories of windows! Jon showed up wearing a mask and ready to work. The condo does not have a water source up front and he needed to carry buckets of water from my deck all the way around the complex to the front--no problem, did it with a smile. One had heavy hard water spotting from the sprinklers hitting it for YEARS, but he tried three different things to try to clean it off. He was there a long time and wouldn't charge more than the quote for the extra work he put in. The windows look amazing; his service was professional and I must say amazing also. I wish I knew more people to recommend Jon/SudBud to!!!! read more

My windows are perfect now after Jon's hard work. He is thorough, hardworking, and friendly. He probably didn't make money from my townhouse since there aren't many windows to clean but he did a wonderful job anyway. The only "flaw" was that he showed up 45 minutes late for our appointment but the difference from the other contractors (or companies, etc.) is that Jon called ahead and told me that he was running late. I appreciate the call. read more

Our 1922 French windows glisten. Jon is the nicest and talented craftsman who has ever worked in our house. Call him you won't be disappointed. read more

Nice job! Jon worked carefully, and with professional precision. The day I called him for a free estimate was the same day he arrived and offered me an extremely fair price. My windows had never been professionally cleaned since I moved into the house in 1989!!! Today the sun is shining through sparkling clean windows and it looks GREAT! Yes! Yes! Jon does great work!! I've had him clean my office and home and was impressed with his work! My windows have never been so clean.
