They informed my client that the home was "too dirty" and that they could not handle the job. This situation is unacceptable especially after requesting and paying for a deep clean. To make matters worse, "Mike" has since stopped responding to calls. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is deeply concerning. I strongly advise others to consider taking their business elsewhere. Reliable communication and accountability are the bare minimum clients should expect.
