The arrival window was 8-11 am. They called at 12:30 saying they were on their way. I was frustrated but talked to the owner who was super nice and apologetic and he said their iPads didn't sync properly that morning with the appointment times. After that, the worker who came to my house didn't bring garbage bags needed to clean out the 3 window wells I had included in my order. It was 3 pm so at that point it wasn't worth him driving to the office to get some and then coming back. After the driver left I walked outside and he had poured all of the dirty water from cleaning 40 window panes RIGHT IN MY DRIVEWAY. Who does that? I called the owner and he said the employee admitted to it but didn't offer to do anything for the 3 inconveniences I experienced. I read more

If you need your windows cleaned, look no further. These guys do a great job. I used them to clean all my windows and tracks (screens are included in the price). And my windows are SO clean! I can tell a difference just by driving up to the house. The price is super reasonable, especially considering how long it would take me to do all that myself. They removed hard water from the windows, old vines from on the screen, and deep cleaned all the window tracks. I paid extra to have them remove all the windows and clean the tracks with a wet vac and lubricate everything. It's made such a difference. The Shine On guys came by and cleaned our windows (inside and out) as well as our screens. They did an incredible job; maybe too good as our dogs have been banging into the sliding door thinking it's wide open while it isn't. We were so impressed not just with their thoroughness but also, their consideration for how they took care of our home. Gloves, masks (thanks Covid-19) and booties. These guys matched up the right screens with the right windows,something that may seem obvious but the last outfit that cleaned our windows and screens were confused with this concept. They were so courteous and very professional and priced competitively. If every business out there took this kind of pride in their work and were concerned with their reputation, it'd put Yelp out of business.
