My wife went with an $8.99 Mango Chicken salad, and I had a $9.99 Buffalo Chicken Salad. Both were pretty big for a "small" and had a generous supply of tender chicken pieces. I simply wanted a refund for an item I never received, but I was told they don't process refunds over the phone. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What matters is how a business responds when they make one. Requiring customers to make another trip just to get their money back for an item they never received is not good customer service. I hope the store reconsiders this policy, because it turns what should be a quick and easy resolution into an unnecessary inconvenience.
