Can I begin by saying ~ having CLEAN, Sparkling Windows ~ inside & outside ~ makes a home shine! We're getting ready to move into a new rental home in Daybreak: South Jordan/Herriman area. One of the first prep "to do's" was to find a reliable window washing co with consistent, stellar, customer reviews, and I found that when I contacted Patrick, the Owner of Green Window Cleaning! Patrick patiently answered all my questions and then texted me a list of days & times. My appt landed the day before Thanksgiving & Edwin showed up. At first, I was taken aback because I thought it would be a crew of 3, but with Thanksgiving travel, Edwin cheerfully & confidently was my guy! He set about cleaning the very dirty solar panels, then began cleaning the screens, taking them off of the windows + the extra screens we had. He then diligently worked on all the outside windows, replaced the screens before coming in to clean the inside windows. Throughout, when he finished one portion, like the solar panels, he let me know, but I occasionally checked and he was diligently working away. We chit-chatted a bit before he tackled the basement windows. He even scrubbed the front door w/out me even thinking to ask for that. He encouraged me to let him know if I saw something to be redone. Two windows on the first floor had a few streaks, which he promptly addressed. Their company uses ionized water which meant there were no spots. Because it was just him, it took about 7+ hrs as opposed to the typical 4 hr window w/a full crew. In the end? I got what I paid for and became their next satisfied customer! The price was as quoted, no upsell + the quoted $ per solar panel. Payment was easy through Venmo. I elected to tip him w/cash, but tips can be added in Venmo. About tipping. I'm not a fan of the auto-tip grab. That being said, this guy got to work, didn't take a break (that I saw, but would have been okay with a lunch break), so I happily tipped him. Moved into a home that was new to my family and the windows were difficult to see out of. We live in a beautiful part of Salt Lake County and we're missing the Vista of the mountains because the windows were that dirty. Green window cleaning was very responsive to our initial inquiries, scheduling was easy, and they showed up on time. The technician was very professional and extremely detailed oriented. In my opinion, he went above and beyond and did a fantastic job! I contacted green window cleaning to wash the outside windows on my house. They showed up on time and got the job done quickly. They use a machine that hooks up to your outside water and purifies it to clean the windows. It was actually a really interesting process and i was very happy with how the windows turned out. I was also thrilled that it took a lot less time than the traditional method. My baby also enjoyed watching the brush on the windows! When I tried to contact them about it, he gave a BS story about going to the wrong house but assured me that he would make it right and get my windows cleaned within the next 24 hours. The guys from Green Window Cleaning exceeded our expectations. Besides doing a great job, they were very courteous and took great care to be clean and thorough. They use Deionized water for cleaning both the outside and inside of the windows. My wife, who is a chemist, was particularly interested in employing a company who service was free of chemicals. They were so easy to work with! We schedule a time and then the day before they contacted me because it was suppose to rain and asked if we wanted to continue or reschedule (super convenient) and then they showed up on time and the windows look great! They gave us a little bit of feedback about a window that had hard water and what we could do to fix it (they didn't want to fix it if the sprinklers still were hitting the window). When we compared prices with other companies they were the cheapest and best all around value for the services they provided. We would recommend them and use them again! read more

Patrick is friendly and very responsive. We had to reschedule several times because of rain in early April. The exterior windows were cleaned beautifully using their water filtration system. Water dries without spots. Interior windows were not done this time, but we have had Patrick and his team here 3 times in the past two years. We have been pleased every time. read more

We have several windows that we can't reach safely so we contacted several companies. They were not the lowest bid but they had good reviews so we agreed to hire them. We did not have to sign a contract or give a deposit. We scheduled a date about a week out. They were a little late but texted with their ETA. These guys were great. Our exterior and interior windows look amazing. They don't use any chemicals and minimal water. Minimal water is key for the inside. Others will use squeegees and mops that will drip water all over your walls. We have many large windows and they took care of it all. They even cleaned hard to reach walls for us that had hand prints from the last window cleaner. I will forever only use these guys for my window cleaning. They are also scheduled to clean my parents home in two weeks. read more

Patrick responded to my inquiry very quickly and scheduled an appointment within a few days. He came to clean our home windows inside and out. He uses a special filter that takes out all the hard water impurities and uses only water to clean the windows, no chemicals. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend him.
