I regret to share my disappointing experience with this housekeeper. She arrived 45 minutes late,…read morewhich set a negative tone for the day. Despite agreeing to follow the cleaning list I provided, she neglected to adhere to it. I even hired my house manager to assist in her training, and we had a clear agreement on an hourly rate for two hours, which should have been ample time for a professional cleaner to complete the tasks. However, she ended up overcharging me despite my payment being made in full as per our agreement. To make matters worse, she continues to harass me with excuses for why the cleaning was not done properly , calling my phone number repeatedly, insisting that I should hire her and then retaliating by sending me phony bills where she charges me an extra $20 a day for not answering her phone call or paying a phony bill that has already been paid. She is very threatening, unprofessional, and in the opinion of my team, very difficult to work with.. I would not recommend her services based on this experience.
