To make matters worse, she continues to harass me with excuses for why the cleaning was not done properly , calling my phone number repeatedly, insisting that I should hire her and then retaliating by sending me phony bills where she charges me an extra $20 a day for not answering her phone call or paying a phony bill that has already been paid.
