Make sure you have them come out and look at the project to ensure the price is correct and the color matches, especially if it's an add on to existing gutters. Much appreciated the office staff who refunded me the additional money that I was charged and adhered to the quoted price. Thank you.

I have 3 lay-overs so with the warnings of an historic El Nino, quite literally, tons of snow, I thought it was time to pull the trigger. I called Whitaker and 2 others to get bids. Whitaker and one of the others sat with me for like an hour answering all my questions, and I'm a bit like a 3 year old, "why?" "why? "how?"....They were both patient and I would have been happy with either. Their estimates were a gnat's hair apart, both within spitting distance of the estimate I got 4 years ago. In this world of absurd pricing and gouging, these guys remained ridiculously low and fair. I opted for Whitaker based on a good feeling. What a great move!! ON time, multiple confirmations, and honored their estimate. The roof is gorgeous. Hazel would've been proud of the clean-up, and the crew was incredibly friendly and conscientious - they even worked, against my pleading - in the rain!! Here's a kicker. The day they started the job, the office manager knocked on my door and did a 'house call' to thank me and express their gratitude for choosing them. Now seriously, when is the last time you've even HEARD of a company doing that, let alone experienced it yourself??? I simply couldn't be happier. Genuinely. There were details of the bathroom that went awry (e.g. vertical vs horizontal shiplap), pushed back finish dates, multiple no shows and I had to take into account for items that went missing. The pricing was really great after being the best quote and I appreciated Steven going out of his way to help with unprecedented additional costs. But i was a little frustrated because I had a new tenant moving in and was lied to about the finish date (because no one currently lived there) and had a maid come clean the place just for it to get dusty again because the workers didn't finish which I had to find that out through my tenant. Overall, at the time, Steven was going through some hard personal things, but if you don't mind staying on top of the communication and being patient, this might be a good fit if you're looking for good renovation at a decent price.

Walking around my property, I did not find 1 piece of debris or nail anywhere! I am a very happy customer and I highly recommend Roof-It, Inc., to anyone in need of roof work!
