Bighorn came out with satellite photo measurements in hand, inspected the roof, and gave me a bid in 48 hours with an itemized contract. Could not recommend them more. Jonathan for the pre-job estimate and Nate for the post job inspection and final job site clean up were the best. The weep holes were buried inside the stucco causing water to leak inside our walls. LaMar and his team were patient as we worked with our insurance to figure out the best approach to fixing the situation. The service and pricing were excellent. It was late (dark on a Friday or Saturday evening) so was surprised to get an answer. Got my estimate on a Monday holiday! And the work was completed (while I was at work) in a couple of days! Everything about the experience was beautiful and seamless. The gutter was clearly better quality than what was originally on the house. Even emailed invoicing with quick easy click and pay feature was a breeze. Now for the best part - it cost less than I expected it to! Does that ever happen? Usually getting any sort of contracting work done is torture like living in that 80's Tom Hanks movie The Money Pit! Not these guys. what a dream! The initial consultation took almost three weeks to transpire, mainly due to our primary residence being in another state. But they were more than accommodating to our hectic schedule, which even included their salesman being willing to meet with my husband at 6:00 in the morning! The options they brought to the table were endless and rather inspiring. After a handful of choices, we decided on all new Pella windows, Hardie and steel siding, stone accents and some really good looking raingutter. They even ended up blowing in new insulation in a number of exterior walls. All the installers were amazing to work with and it was very comforting to know we could trust them with access to our home while we were away. We did experience some material delays during the process, but we regularly face supply issues in our own business and realize this was not a reflection of their company but rather the current state of our economy. The transformation took just over six weeks to complete. Because we could only revisit the project twice during construction, they would regularly send pictures and videos of their progress. Their attention to detail and concern for our home was so very much appreciated.
