The guy they sent - Jarin - to clean my windows was professional and friendly - and on time! He wore a mask the whole time and was careful to maintain 6ft of distance. He even offered to take off his shoes when entering our home to clean the inside windows! I was especially impressed that both the truck and the window cleaner himself were both carefully outfitted in the company's beautiful logo and livery. This alone screamed professionalism as the truck pulled up - I've had a lot of window cleaners and most just turn up in a beaten-up old car wearing old work clothes. City Creek Window Cleaning are professional at every turn! As to the quality of work, this has got to be the highest standard of work I've had yet from a window washer. I couldn't find a single drip, dribble, smear or fingerprint missed. Every pane was impeccably clean and shone brilliantly when he was done. He even made sure I knew where one window was showing some seal wear. Now that's care and attention to detail! It's amazing how much lighter our home seems now. And what a difference having clean windows makes to the way you feel! Thank you, City Creek Windows, for doing such a fantastic job! You've got a customer for life here!

I am notorious for (over) researching goods and services before purchasing, and it was no exception…read morewhen it came to finding a company to wash my house exterior and clean my windows. I am incredibly happy with the pricing, punctuality, professionalism, and service provided by Fresh Power Wash. I originally intended to hire a different company because their website allowed me to make an appointment online, however, that company required a $25 non-refundable payment in order to access their calendar - that was a deal killer for me, and I am thankful it was. I reached out to Fresh Power Wash last week and exchanged several emails with them (I had numerous questions) and they were very quick and courteous in their responses. They got me on their schedule in less than a week and today cleaned the entire exterior of our entire house AND all of our windows for less than the other company charged to just wash our house exterior. About our house, it is white and James Hardie cement board, so even though it is only 4 years old, it had accumulated a great deal of dust, dirt, and grime. I just completed the review of Fresh's work and the home looks brand new. My wife is particularly difficult to please when it comes to cleaning and she also was very impressed with their work. With regard to the windows, they have the best prices that I found. In fact, instead of considering our four front windows (which are each separated into four panes) as 16 panes, they priced them based on the number of windows (so only counted them as 4). This greatly reduced the price versus all of the competitors that I researched. I cannot recommend Fresh Power Wash enough and I will certainly be using them again in the future. My only regret is that I did not take before and after pictures to show how amazing their work was.
