A couple of days, a week or two, later they contacted me, via email, to see if I still was interested. I was so they setup the appointment. On the day before the appointment I had to reschedule, they were very nice and were able to move it just one day. It made my day that it wasn't a huge hassle to move the appointment. The person I initially spoke to did come across kind of salesman-like, with statements like "I could get you a discount if we can schedule by the end of today" (not meaning they would come out that day, but that we would be on their schedule by the end of today). I didn't love that because it felt like pressure. Despite that, I did schedule and they were able to get me in the same week. The windows and sliding glass doors indeed look "Crystal clean" they have a subscription program where you can have cleaning done on a regular basis. I did not subscribe as I prefer annual only. I will use them again.
