I've been a customer for awhile now. I appreciate that they call every few months to check in and see if I need anything. I had them come out and clean my entire upstairs with all my carpet. They were on time, communicated very well. The tech went over everything and offered me extra, but explained in detail each additional service with no pressure. He was thorough and got it done quickly yet done right. My carpet looks so great!!! VERY HAPPY with this company and will continue to use them in the future. read more

We sure appreciate the ease and satisfaction we feel each time we have Thoro-Clene come to our home. They are reasonably priced and do an excellent job. We wouldn't use anyone else to clean our carpets. read more

Thero-Clene does quality work. But what puts them above the rest is their caring, professional owner. As a family owned business they understand that meeting the needs of their customer is important. When we had a question about our stained carpet the owner himself came out to take a look and provide his expert advice. Many can clean carpets but it's the customer service that is above snd beyond. If I could give them ten stars I would! read more

I have used Thoro Clene for over 20 years and I request Oscar every time because I watch him clean my carpet and he takes pride in his work and does an over the top job. When I told him that I wanted new carpet he was honest and told me my carpet was sill in good shape. His honesty is what makes me 100% loyal to Thoro Clene. The staff is always so pleasant on the phone when I book my appointments. I can not say enough good about this company. read more

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Thoro-Clene. We had a lot of pet urine areas that really looked hopeless, but they pre-treated the spots and the carpet looks amazing. Very pleased with the service. John, the tech., was very courteous, professional, and did a great job. It was a small job, but my impression was that he treated as though it was his company's largest client. I will certainly consider using their services again later this year. read more

I was so impressed with the complete service from the polite and prompt response I received from my request for a quote and an appointment to the actual service. The technician was right on time, he was polite and explain exactly what he was going to do and what he was able to to help me with. He also politely offered some suggestions of other services that might benefit my carpet, and did so without pressure. I was absolutely thrilled with the final result. I've used Thoro clean for the last 4 years, or so. Ive been very happy with their service, and the gentleman who have cleaned the carpets have been so great. This last time there was some water damage on my less than a year old console, and when I called they sent Mr Thoro Clean himself out. He took lots of picture, and told me there was no way there machine made the marks. When I told him there was not way his machine did not make the marks, then he became very snotty , and rude.Needless to say they are not doing anything about my beautiful, now blemished console. If you do indeed decide to go with them for your carpet cleaning, then I would most definitely take pictures of everything I'm your house the could be ruined, and make sure it's time stamped! read more

I highly recommend Thoro-Clene. They promptly responded to my email asking for a bid. Jason met me at my rental property, exactly when we scheduled to meet. He was very knowledgeable and helpful as I contemplated three different options. Their bid was to my liking to replace the carpet in the family room, repair the existing carpet in several places and clean the carpet, stairs and landings. Oscar did all of the work on the scheduled day and time. He showed up at the exact time we scheduled and completed the work on time. Next I'm going to have them clean all of the carpet, stairs, landings and stretch and repair the carpet in my home. read more

Great company! A very helpful rep got us scheduled right away (next day service!) and they sent out a couple of very polite & knowledgeable guys who got the job done quick! It was a carpet repair job- cutting and re stretching and my carpet looks great! I paid a little more than I was quoted from a couple other companies, but it was well worth the extra money for the kind people I was able to deal with, and also to know that they will stand behind their work. Grateful for honest and hard working companies like these! They are hard to find these days. read more
