BELIEVE THE REVIEWS----Wish there were 10 stars to rate the meticulous work of Jon and his assistant Jessica. Jon, the owner of SudsandBuds, not only bids his own jobs, but actually shows up and works tirelessly alongside his assistants. We have an older home with double hung divided window panes requiring time and attention to detail. As longtime homeowners, we have had numerous services wash the windows. Jon and Jessica painstakingly removed paint, dirt and cleaned each pane. The bid includes tracks and screens. Removing their shoes and donning booties for inside work, the team is pleasant, hardworking and respectful of your belongings. Jon is bonded, insured. and has fair prices. Thanks fellow yelpers!! read more

A+ John did an amazing job on our windows. We have a lot of windows and he did a very thorough job. Everything sparkles. He cleaned our skylights too. Will hire him again in the future. I highly recommend him, and he is very reasonably priced. read more

Jon is fabulous. Just hired him for the fourth time. He is always on time, and does a beautiful job. I have an old house with vintage glass. Two levels. Skylight. His pricing is extremely reasonable. Also, a really nice guy! I can't recommend him enough. Thanks again, Jon! read more

Just had Jon out the second time in 9 months. Worth every penny! This second time, I arrived home early to find him having started the front exterior windows of our house. (I appreciate those who value their own time and if they see opportunity, go for it!) In any case, this guy knows windows! Once he's completed the job, the windows look like there's no glass there and the window screens are clean to boot. I used to consider having our house windows cleaned a luxury. It's not anymore - it's a necessity and part of our normal upkeep on the house. A word about Jon. My husband and I are very selective about the individuals we have work at our house due to 4 kids who are home 24/7. Jon fits the bill. He's got a wonderful, gracious spirit that's very complementary to our household. I appreciate, too, that he goes about his work quietly and seriously. read more

Jon really does an awsome job! He is really nice and gave me a great price to do our office windows. He makes sure everything is clean without any residue. I will definitely recommend him and we will definitely call him again. read more

Let's keep it simple: Jon's pleasant, does excellent work and charges a fair price. Will absolutely be using him again.

First time using SudBud...Jon and his assistant, Nestor cleaned the windows of my home and did a beautiful job - the windows literally sparkled! They were very careful with the paned windows, many of which were old. I was at my house alone when they arrived, and found them to be friendly, respectful, and easy to trust. I will call on Jon again and absolutely recommend SudBud. Thanks Jon & Nestor! read more

Jon did a great job. Came when he said he would, charged what he said he would and cleaned some difficult to get to old windows. He wasn't fazed by old screens or relative mayhem at our place. And the windows are really, really clean! Thanks Jon. read more

I had a clogged gutter on the 2nd floor of my home in Pasadena. I sent SunBud an email late at night and Jon replied early the next morning. He was at my house by 9:30 AM for an estimate, he gave me a fair price, I gave him the go-ahead, he began work, and he was done and gone by 9:30. That's the kind of service I look for in a company and that's why he's getting this 5-star review. read more

Jon and Zach were wonderful! Spent 4 hours thoroughly cleaning incredibly old windows that were neglected for years! I can't wait to have him back regularly. Fabulous job and nice guys. I finally have my view back! What a treat. read more

Jon is so nice and professional. He came over and spent extra time and care getting our old windows looking like new. I will definitely use Jon again in the future and recommend him to all my family and friends. A+++++ Call him. He's the best! read more

I'm so glad I found these guys! Looking out the windows early this morning was like seeing the outdoors through a brownish-gray lens. Six hours later (after a pleasant visit from Jon), that view is very different. So different in fact, that my dog hasn't stopped staring out the window since Jon left (I'm going to have a series of wet nose prints on my newly cleaned windows before the day is through). The lower level of my house usually gets pretty dark by mid-afternoon but the amount of light that's coming through right now makes it feel more like late-morning. I wish I'd thought to take a "before" shot because the contrast in the before and after is incredible. Similar to other clients' experiences, the job took longer than either of us had anticipated but Jon stuck by his original quote (which was beyond reasonable considering the amount of work that went into this job). And talk about prompt! I heard the front gate open at exactly 9:30 this morning, which was when Jon said he'd be at the house. I couldn't be happier with the results and the entire experience. Thanks again Jon, the windows look amazing! read more

Great job! Jon returned the phone call promptly, gave estimate over the phone. Showed up on time, did a great job. Personable and professional. Reasonable rates. Give him a try! read more

We have lived in our house for 30+ years and have had multiple companies clean our windows. They have never been as clean and meticulously taken care of the way Jon did them. He even cleaned basement windows that usually are overlooked and the windows in my husbands shop in the backyard. This is really the best cleaning job I have ever had done. I will use Jon every time from now on. Thanks Jon, for the visit, the great job on our windows, and the timely manner in responding to our call. read more

Very good experience with SudBud. Jon came out and gave a very competitive bid. He was responsive and scheduled an appointment right away. The job was well done. Once we had our windows tinted, there were a few areas that needed retouching and he came out to redo at no additional charge. Very impressive. Will use a our go to window cleaner in the future. read more

We have had Jon cleaning our gutters since 2010. He always does an excellent job, including clean-up. This is the first time we also had him do the exterior of our windows. They sparkle! He is one of the most dependable service providers we have had. I highly recommend him. read more

OMG - I can see! These guys are great. I live in the hills in a house that's all glass on the western side. They cleaned the windows so clean that LA actually looks pretty again. The only problem is that now that the windows are clean, all my neighbors can see in my house. They'll get over it. ;-) read more

These Sud Buds are the jam! Showed up 5 minutes early and started right away to work. Jon and Nes were professional and really on their game. I'm pretty sure at least two birds have lost their lives because of how good their work was. Highly recommend. read more

Jon just cleaned my windows and my gutters. He did a really great job - such careful, meticulous work. My windows are sparkling clean - prettier than they have been since I moved in. He's also just a really nice guy...and reasonably priced. Definitely the guy to hire. read more

we live in a three story home in silverlake and had not cleaned the exterior of our windows in longer than i care to admit -- who has the time and a ladder tall enough? jon was quick in providing what ended up being the most competitive and comprehensive estimate. jon and team spent almost eight hours on the windows -- they look marvelous. could not recommend him more. read more

From returning my call promptly, to spending time with me talking through my needs, to arriving on time and doing a great job making my windows and screens look at nice possible, I am extremely happy with Jon's work. No complaints here. Jon came on time and did a quick and fantastic job cleaning out my gutters. All for the low end he quoted me at $150.

i haven't had a chance to hire sudbud for window cleaning yet but they also do gutter cleaning. i have an absentee landlord who hadn't done any maintenance in 3+ years and my roof is leaking like crazy. we figured out that the gutters weren't draining. we couldn't find a listing on yelp specifically for gutter cleaning so we used servicemagic to look for some help. we posted the order on sunday afternoon and john called us that night. he came out on tuesday in the middle of all these downpours with a bigger storm on the way. he shoveled TONS of wet leaves (mulch basically) off our roof. he was cool, and cheerful and we're thrilled. looking forward to hiring him again for windows in the spring. his rates are great and we're very happy. read more

OUTSTANDING!!!! Professional, on time and very inexpensive! My home and windows are from 1919, I live on a very busy street and the LA sun and smog had left my windows with hard water stains and a film that covered the entire window. Jon worked so hard and now my windows are sparkling! I am not the easiest to please... Jon is the best worker I have ever had at my home. Above and beyond what I expected!!! On time, professional and courteous!! Thank you Jon and SudBud! read more

Jon did an amazing job with our old original windows! He spent the time to make sure they were perfectly cleaned. He arrived on time (even a little early), and kept to the original estimate even though it took longer than expected. Don't hesitate to hire these guys! read more

Jon cleaned our windows and our glass shower doors. He also power washed our driveway and walkways. We were very pleased.

We have a mid century modern house with lots of windows some of which are vaulted and high. Jon did a fantastic job on all the windows and was on time and even came back twice to ensure a thorough job while honoring the original quote. He was very professional, easy to get a hold of and went about his work quietly and efficiently. We hardly noticed he was even there! I highly recommend him for any residential window cleaning needs. read more

Clean windows we have! Much glass to clean; modern house on hill side, not easy.... We now know a reliable window service!

Jon responded to my email right away and was able to fit us in on short notice. He was prompt, neat, trustworthy, considerate and pleasant to have around. Our windows look amazing!! We highly recommend him. read more

As a real estate agent, I often need to help clients with maintenance issues. When I recently needed someone to clean out gutters at one of my listings, I sent out a request via the internet that was answered within minutes by Jon Whitley of SudBud, He provided a very reasonable estimate and did an outstanding job the next day. Since the house is over 3 stories high in some places, it was a potentially perilous undertaking! I was completely satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to recommend SudBud to any of my clients. read more

I can see clearly now! I am so happy to have found Jon and SudBud Window Cleaning. They do what they do extremely well, are very reasonably priced and pay great attention to every detail. We live in an older, historic Pasadena home and it was very important that we hired a responsible and professional company for the job. Jon exceeded my expectations and did an excellent job! I have never seen our windows this clean...ever! Jon will be my go to guy from now on. No need to keep looking for more companies to call for your window cleaning. Just stop right here. I highly recommend Jon and SudBud Window Cleaning. You will not be disappointed. read more
