I paid extra to have them remove all the windows and clean the tracks with a wet vac and lubricate everything. It's made such a difference. Jeff (the owner) really takes pride in his work and will make sure the job is done right. After my neighbors saw my windows, they hired him for their houses. Will hire again and again.
