I can tell a difference just by driving up to the house. The price is super reasonable, especially considering how long it would take me to do all that myself. They removed hard water from the windows, old vines from on the screen, and deep cleaned all the window tracks. I paid extra to have them remove all the windows and clean the tracks with a wet vac and lubricate everything. It's made such a difference. Jeff (the owner) really takes pride in his work and will make sure the job is done right. After my neighbors saw my windows, they hired him for their houses. Will hire again and again.

It was 3 pm so at that point it wasn't worth him driving to the office to get some and then coming back. After the driver left I walked outside and he had poured all of the dirty water from cleaning 40 window panes RIGHT IN MY DRIVEWAY. Who does that? The doors he hung wouldn't shut properly and he wanted to charge me more to fix them. He installed baseboards but did a terrible job touching them up and caulking. I included pictures of trim work he thought was finished but shows that it is unpainted, not caulked, and/or unpainted spackle. His work is poor at best. Do not recommend.
