John from SudBud just took care of my gutters. I called him; made an appointment; he showed up on time and did the job in a timely fashion. My gutters are hard to reach, but there was no problem. He also cleaned a very hard-to-reach window because, in cleaning the gutters, the window had gotten a little dirty. I liked this guy and his service; and the price was right. I highly recommend this business, and I intend to call John again in the Spring to have all of my windows cleaned. read more

I got a call from Jon at SudBud after putting in a request through ServiceMagic for getting my rain gutters cleaned out. SudBud gave me the best price of the 3 calls I got, plus he was the only one who said he uses a power washer to completely clean out the gutters and downspouts after hand removing all the leaves, roof gravel, etc., so it sounded like a pretty good deal. Then I realized that he also does window washing. I mentioned this to my wife (who's the one who normally takes care of hiring window washers), and she had been planning to get the windows done some time in the not too distant future, so we hired Jon for both the gutters and windows. He did a great job on both. He'll certainly be the first person I'll call the next time I need my gutters and/or windows cleaned. read more

I had a very different experience from the other reviewers. I requested an appointment time at the start of the workday so that I could minimize missing work. After committing to an appointment time, Jon called from his cellphone ten minutes in advance of the appointment to say that due to traffic, he was "fifteen to twenty minutes away." Fair enough. However, after an hour passed with no further update, I called his cell, and the call rolled to his voicemail. I requested a return call with an explanation. After another ten minutes with no response, I called a second time, and again the call rolled to his voicemail. I am now posting this two hours after the original appointment time - there has been no update given and no reply to messages left. So having waited and missed an hour of work because I was told by Jon that he was on his way, which he obviously was not, I must regrettably report that this business is conducted in an untrustworthy manner. read more
