Also, I want to point out that John was easy to get a hold of, he returned phone calls promptly, he called me the morning of our appointment to confirm and he arrived on time. He was very thorough in his process. He walked around my yard with me asking me questions about the various surfaces. He wanted to know what the medium is that was holding the pavers together. Understanding the power of his tools, he took great care and making sure he understood exactly what it was that he would be spraying so that he knew how to adjust his tools in order to not do damage.
