Gumbusters was exactly what I needed. I have a concrete paver patio and sidewalk that needed deep…read morecleaning so that I could get the pavers re-sealed. I also had rust stains on my driveway from fertilizer and a big rust stain area from cleaning an engine on the driveway. I could not get these rust stains off using commercial products available from home depot. But John got everything done for me and did it quickly and professionally. I could not have been more happy with his service. I will definitely use Gumbusters again. Also, I want to point out that John was easy to get a hold of, he returned phone calls promptly, he called me the morning of our appointment to confirm and he arrived on time. He was very thorough in his process. He walked around my yard with me asking me questions about the various surfaces. He wanted to know what the medium is that was holding the pavers together. Understanding the power of his tools, he took great care and making sure he understood exactly what it was that he would be spraying so that he knew how to adjust his tools in order to not do damage. For me, John demonstrated an extra level of detail and care that I expect from professional contractors.

When I asked why, since he had only started spraying a little over an hour before, he said: "Well, I come from SLC, my time started counting since I left my house" ...Ah, SAY WHAT??? I said that he didn't mention that on the quote, then he got all feisty until we settled back on the previously agreed amount. Wow, the attitude alone was enough to knock a few stars of this rating. I'd go somewhere else.
