Hired Pulirr previously and company sent 2 cleaners that did nice job so I hired them again,…read moreunfortunately much different experience the second time. This time Pulirr sent one cleaner to clean my 9900 square foot home and told her to complete it in 4 hours. They provided her a long list of things not to do which she was happy to show me. She explained she was a subcontractor and this was her first job with Pulirr. She did not do a proper job, did not use soap and water to mop, did not use dusting spray to dust, and was slow and seemed confused as to what her actual responsibilities were. When she was "done" I pointed out to her that she missed stairs that were not vacuumed and bedrooms and bathrooms that were untouched that she said she did not see. The entire experiance was exhausting and I was surprised that Pulirr would send one person out to a home like mine. They knew my home was very large, yet they sent one person on their first job, totally unvetted. Additionally I had booked my appointment 3 weeks in advance so they had plenty of opportunity to find a proper crew to clean my home. I could not recommend Pulirr based on my experiance

We had some carpeted stairs that were really overdue for a cleaning and they were great to give them time and detailed attention. I love that they're a local, family-owned business. That really shows with their positive attitude and excellent customer service. I see a few negative reviews here and that's just puzzling. These guys take care of you and they have over 100 five-star reviews on both Google and KSL. That's the experience you get. Definitely recommended!

We've had a few different ladies come, but I am always very impressed at their level of detail with the basic house cleaning. It is honestly the BEST day when I know they are coming -- I wake up so excited knowing that in a few hours my home will be gorgeous! For example, they obviously mop, dust, etc, the normal things you would expect, but they also take out the trash, make the beds, tidy up (it's always so cute going into the nursery and seeing they arranged the stuffed animals on the rocking chair, etc). Today I noticed she literally wiped the soap residue off our our hand soap dispensers and washed the few dirty dishes I had in the sink. I really appreciate them! They are also super easy to communicate with - I appreciate that you can text! I've had to reschedule our cleaning twice and both times they accommodated me last minute and were really nice about it. I see there are some negative reviews here for more deep cleaning services - I have only done the regular cleaning for our 3 bedroom house so I maybe its different in deep cleaning scenarios but I am thrilled with the regular cleaning!

We contacted Boss about restoration, and have been honestly astonished at what a great experience we had with them, given the nature of the disaster that connected us (ha!). Boss provided exceptional thorough service in order to mitigate any possibility of mold brewing in our home due to the water damage, but at the same time, they really tried to be as non-invasive as possible, too. I think they balanced this tightrope perfectly. We found them to be prompt, communicative, flexible with my schedule, and patient waiting for payment when the invoice got buried in my notifications. They really stood out to us in their industry! We will definitely recommend Boss to anyone we have the opportunity to, and if we run into another disaster, they'll be the first company we call.
