Pulirr is a decent cleaning company when they are available, however as a STR owner, we were unable to book even months in advance. They advertise "last minute bookings", but are often understaffed and unavailable. Mario and Stella did an excellent job on the majority of our home, however floors were completely neglected and overlooked each visit. We appreciate their hard work in all the other areas, but do not condone companies that cut corners. The owners are very kind and knowledgeable, but their business is unfortunately unreliable. read more

Stella was fabulous. I just wish her crew was more effective or Stella had stayed on to oversee or do the cleaning herself. In the end they were finally able to clean the floors the way it should have been in the first place, but unfortunately the crew on their own was not thorough. After 8 hours, I didn't want to complain anymore about other areas which should have also been mopped because even though you pay $450 for a move in/move out cleaning, you feel like the jerk when pointing out places that clearly weren't vacuumed or mopped. I would have given five stars if the crew was as caring and thorough as Stella, but it's a bit exasperating when you have to be on top of it because the workers are careless and look annoyed when pointing out things that were clearly missed. Especially when you come to find one of them sitting on the couch on the phone while the other is just moving dirt around with a dirty mop. Would I hire this company again? Yes, because you have an owner who clearly cares and has the kindest disposition and wants you to be 100% satisfied. Hopefully she will bring a different crew next time! read more

I reached out to them with some special requests for a move-in deep clean, and their live chat was easy to use and I could tell I was communicating with the friendly owners . On cleaning day, the crew was efficient, thorough, and even went back over a spot or two that this picky couple requested, with complete understanding and no hesitation!
