Hired Pulirr previously and company sent 2 cleaners that did nice job so I hired them again, unfortunately much different experience the second time. This time Pulirr sent one cleaner to clean my 9900 square foot home and told her to complete it in 4 hours. They provided her a long list of things not to do which she was happy to show me. She explained she was a subcontractor and this was her first job with Pulirr. She did not do a proper job, did not use soap and water to mop, did not use dusting spray to dust, and was slow and seemed confused as to what her actual responsibilities were. When she was "done" I pointed out to her that she missed stairs that were not vacuumed and bedrooms and bathrooms that were untouched that she said she did not see. The entire experiance was exhausting and I was surprised that Pulirr would send one person out to a home like mine. They knew my home was very large, yet they sent one person on their first job, totally unvetted. Additionally I had booked my appointment 3 weeks in advance so they had plenty of opportunity to find a proper crew to clean my home. I could not recommend Pulirr based on my experiance read more

Because I am on oxygen and am unable to clean my very small garage apartment. Purlirr refused to adjust his unreasonably high bid. A huge ripoff without even seeing my home read more

I really appreciated the options that they offered, knowing that I am moving out of our home. Very good communication and they were about $75 cheaper than another company on Yelp. read more

The folks were prompt, courteous, thorough, and very communicative on the day of the clean. Place looks amazing and it was all them. Will use again no doubt. read more

I gave them a 5 star rating because they understand customer service. There was an initial hiccup wherein they were super busy and had less cleaning people show up than I expected, which happens. Fortunately, the person that showed up, Jessica, was absolutely awesome. Additionally, the owner stepped in and took the time to understand the situation, and provided superb customer service. I would definitely use them again. read more

They did a fantastic job in our home! The house smells so fresh and is very clean. Would definitely hire them again.

I highly recommend this company. They go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with their service.

They did an amazing job on my move out clean! My house was more spotless than I could have imagined! Definitely recommend.

We love working with the Pulirr team! Not only do they do an excellent job cleaning, but they are also excellent communicators as well when it comes to scheduling and other logistics. Stella and Mario are reliable and always leave our house looking its best. Highly recommend working them! read more

Pulirr is a decent cleaning company when they are available, however as a STR owner, we were unable to book even months in advance. They advertise "last minute bookings", but are often understaffed and unavailable. Mario and Stella did an excellent job on the majority of our home, however floors were completely neglected and overlooked each visit. We appreciate their hard work in all the other areas, but do not condone companies that cut corners. The owners are very kind and knowledgeable, but their business is unfortunately unreliable. read more

Stella and crew are fantastic. We tried the Spring Cleaning package and were so impressed we kept them coming back on a subscription service. They always do a fantastic job, leaving our place sparkling and clean. read more

Very responsive. Easy to schedule an appointment. Showed up on time. Did a great job cleaning

Stella was fabulous. I just wish her crew was more effective or Stella had stayed on to oversee or do the cleaning herself. In the end they were finally able to clean the floors the way it should have been in the first place, but unfortunately the crew on their own was not thorough. After 8 hours, I didn't want to complain anymore about other areas which should have also been mopped because even though you pay $450 for a move in/move out cleaning, you feel like the jerk when pointing out places that clearly weren't vacuumed or mopped. I would have given five stars if the crew was as caring and thorough as Stella, but it's a bit exasperating when you have to be on top of it because the workers are careless and look annoyed when pointing out things that were clearly missed. Especially when you come to find one of them sitting on the couch on the phone while the other is just moving dirt around with a dirty mop. Would I hire this company again? Yes, because you have an owner who clearly cares and has the kindest disposition and wants you to be 100% satisfied. Hopefully she will bring a different crew next time! read more

We're so glad we found Pulirr through Yelp! Not only were they affordable in price, they are very well-organized, efficient, and responsive. I reached out to them with some special requests for a move-in deep clean, and their live chat was easy to use and I could tell I was communicating with the friendly owners . On cleaning day, the crew was efficient, thorough, and even went back over a spot or two that this picky couple requested, with complete understanding and no hesitation! It ended with the owner coming out to make sure our home was cleaned to satisfaction, and even offered some tips on how to keep some specialty items clean. We highly recommend Pulirr! read more

We have been using Pulirr for almost a year now. They are always prompt and ready to go when they arrive. I love my Pulirr days. They leave everything sparkling clean, shiny, smelling good and orderly. They are great about communicating and can be flexible if your plans change. They always ask if there is anything in particular that you need them to focus on specifically that day. We love them! read more

We recently moved from out of state and bought a condo sight-unseen. When we arrived we found it in less than ideal condition and immediately began looking for someone to help us get it ready to move in. Stella and Mario were amazing and so helpful. They responded immediately and were able to schedule us quickly - on a holiday weekend no less! They kept in close communication, arrived on time, and were so respectful and thoughtful in every interaction. Stella did an amazing job; she was thorough and took care of our home like it was her own. She was so friendly and understanding with our pets, too! We will definitely be hiring them again whenever the place needs a touch up or another deep clean! read more
