I've tried several different cleaning crews, but Magic clean is BY FAR my favorite. They do an incredible job and get so much done in a short period of time. I have them come every three weeks to deep clean the kitchen, bathrooms, and main floor living space and master suite. "Cleaning day" is by far my favorite day of the month! walking into my house after they're done for the day feels nothing short of magical. 10/10 recommend and pricing is very fair! read more

This is my updated review for High Point Cleaning Services:…read more I was completely ripped off by High Point Cleaning Services. They charged me $400 for a basic move-out clean and took advantage of me. When I went to check the rental afterward, I found that they didn't clean the baseboards, windowsills, or walls--things that should have been deep cleaned, especially given the list they provided stating those areas would be cleaned. The only things they actually cleaned were the stove, fridge, bathrooms, kitchen, and they vacuumed. They had two cleaners in there for seven hours. What were they even doing for seven hours? I could've cleaned this myself, one person in four hours, and had it looking spotless. To make matters worse, one of the employees had the nerve to comment on how "disgusting" and "hairy" the place was, which was completely untrue. This was a normal move-out clean for a 1,100 sq ft townhouse, and I was overcharged. I'm just relieved that personal belongings weren't in the home while they were there, because I wouldn't trust these people in my house or anyone else's with personal items. I do not recommend this company at all.

They have always been thorough and efficient at doing final cleaning on my jobs. They meet my schedules, which are crazy sometimes. They come in and clean when the construction process is complete , when we are turning the space over to a client so there can be quite a mess when they arrive. Nothing I have asked them to do is too big of a job and when they leave the space is always clean. They can strip and wax floors, wash windows , do construction cleaning and maintenance cleaning. They make themselves available when I need them and their pricing is always very fair.
