My one suggestion is to find out what the upholstery cleaning is going to cost as it turns out it is way more expensive than the carpet cleaning. As a client,…read morethere is no more professional, accountable and reliable general contractor you will find to take you from start to finish on your project. His attention to craftsmanship, detail, ability to collaborate, and communication skills are exceptional. He leaves his projects only when they are wholly signed off on by a client. Andrew came to my rescue under an extremely tight timeline. It was a small job but the first before an extensive remodel to be done in phases over a nearly two year period for my new client. He offered an estimate within industry standards, showed up on time and completed it on schedule. Because of his conscientious and expeditious performance, I asked if he would like to give an estimate for the bigger project at this residence? I interviewed and received estimates from three general contractors. It was evident that Andrew was going to be chosen by my client, the property owner. To date, we have completed two of the three phases of this project. As we enter into the final phase, it is done so with complete confidence because of him and how he operates his business. He is a genuine pleasure to work with and has the demeanor you will want during the challenging process of construction. As a seasoned residential remodeler and interior designer, I do not offer recommendations often or easily, Andrew makes it a pleasure.

It was 3 pm so at that point it wasn't worth him driving to the office to get some and then coming back. After the driver left I walked outside and he had poured all of the dirty water from cleaning 40 window panes RIGHT IN MY DRIVEWAY. Who does that? I can tell a difference just by driving up to the house. The price is super reasonable, especially considering how long it would take me to do all that myself. I paid extra to have them remove all the windows and clean the tracks with a wet vac and lubricate everything. It's made such a difference. Jeff (the owner) really takes pride in his work and will make sure the job is done right. After my neighbors saw my windows, they hired him for their houses. Will hire again and again.
