Before our appointment, we thought we would end up someplace near our hometown near San Francisco but every dress they suggested for my daughter was beautiful and looked great on her. They definitely listened and understood how my daughter wanted to look and feel on her wedding day. We are thrilled that we did not have to go anywhere else. I highly recommend this shop and don't think there is a better place in Utah and beyond for wedding dresses. This situation has been eating me alive since I left the shop with my dress! I spent around $5,000 on the dress (not including additional fees for expedited shipping), and unfortunately, the final product looked NOTHING like what I originally ordered. Didn't fit me at all. I had been under the impression the entire first appointment that this dress would fit perfectly and was being made to my size, and would need very minimal adjustments. Then I was informed later by Tatum herself that they ordered dresses in "a standard size". We requested a very small neckline adjustment (about 0.5-1 inch higher), but when the dress arrived, the entire top portion had not been extended up it had been moved up. This has left the cups 1 inch above where my boobs actually go. I'm having to wear silicone boobs to fill in that area because of how much baggy it looks on the breasts. The whole dress was a complete disaster. There was a part of the dress that was sewn in incorrectly, and my seamstress had to take apart the whole skirt and re-sew it on in order for it to look normal. I had to spend an additional $600 with a seamstress just to make the dress wearable, and even after those alterations, I'm still not fully satisfied with how it turned out. Which is really disappointing because this dress should be everything and more, especially for the price. I reached out to Tatum respectfully explaining my concerns, but the response I received felt very impersonal and dismissive. It seemed more focused on closing the issue than actually addressing what went wrong or acknowledging the situation. It felt like she was taking all of the things I had said very personally, which is not a good look on a company if you get emotional about someone emailing you about some concerns. Not to mention that when she responds to emails and bad reviews, she uses ChatGPT. For such an important purchase, I expected significantly better quality, communication, and accountability. If I could go back in time, I would NOT come here! Yes, it seems like a very nice dress place but behind the scenes it's not.

I was actually living in Oklahoma at the time, so a lot of the business I did with them was over the phone after I put the dress on hold in person. They were so kind and patient with me and my alteration requests (taking it in and also adding buttons on the back). I had absolutely no issues with the costs, timing, and pricing. The shop was gorgeous and trendy and the owner Brooke was really attentive and my sister got the full bridal experience of getting to pull wedding dresses, getting laced up, and fitted with accessories. They had really trendy styles that ranged from about $300-$800 with a few additional fees. If I remember correctly, this allowed you to rent the dress for two weeks (you could pay an additional dry cleaning fee if you wanted it for an open house, bridals, etc) My sister didn't end up getting her dress here but she was happy with the options, service, and entire experience.
