I had a wonderful and attentive employee helping me, even though I was just a walk-in without an appointment. I was actually living in Oklahoma at the time, so a lot of the business I did with them was over the phone after I put the dress on hold in person. They were so kind and patient with me and my alteration requests (taking it in and also adding buttons on the back). I had absolutely no issues with the costs, timing, and pricing. The shop was gorgeous and trendy and the owner Brooke was really attentive and my sister got the full bridal experience of getting to pull wedding dresses, getting laced up, and fitted with accessories. They had really trendy styles that ranged from about $300-$800 with a few additional fees. If I remember correctly, this allowed you to rent the dress for two weeks (you could pay an additional dry cleaning fee if you wanted it for an open house, bridals, etc) My sister didn't end up getting her dress here but she was happy with the options, service, and entire experience.

Instead of a custom made dress, she had taken the bodice from an old dress and sewed it onto a skirt. The bodice was 3 sizes too small, and dirty to boot. Instead of any kind of apology, she stone faced said to go look at the racks of already made dresses and find a different one. We had no other choice. The wedding was in 2 weeks. My daughter was sobbing in the dressing room and all brooke says is, Are you kidding me? Zero apology. Nothing human in her reaction to the dress being so wrong. Just a, "Go start over looking for a dress." Do not go here. I wish I could stress this more.
