I walked into the American Fork Allen's Tuxedo on a Saturday morning and the associate took one look at me and said they wouldn't have anything that would work for me. So I said nothing? Let's pretend I'm a kid going to prom. You don't work with short kids? They didn't have anything. I asked well what if I bought a tux and could have it altered? They don't do that, and even if they did it would be expensive. Well expense isn't really an issue here. I'm sorry sir. I wish I could help you but I can't. Folks, I was floored! I'm going to chalk it all up to this particular associate just having a bad day, because wow! I'm going to say if you are normal size you won't have a problem here. My situation is unique. But look, I'm certain they COULD have worked with me. They chose not to. Men's Wearhouse had no problems with me and everything went fine with them. Short yes. Unique situation yes. But this was just plain awful customer service. It wasn't handled well. So there it is. Take it as you will. Maybe you won't run into this associate. Maybe you will. We literally didn't see an employee after we left the front desk. We were there for maybe 30 minutes. I understand they aren't going to have 2026 bridal styles, but the variety is nothing short of underwhelming. If you're looking for a good experience-- go somewhere else. We were greeted by three employees and fitted by a very kind and professional sales lady. It all went down hill when it was time to try on the Bra's. My 14 year old daughter had been handed an $80 bra. I explained to the dressing room attendant that we did not want that one, and we went to find more affordable styles. I took her back to the dressing room with 5 styles of bras because she needed multiple. The attendant was very rude and said that I didn't know what I was doing, I messed up the bra display and had managed to get the wrong size of bras. She left us both standing there looking stupid while she took off to find the right sizes. She came back with the freaking $80 bra! Then admittedly she said " I did actually have the right sizes" but she put them back & the $80 bra was "the best option" We very, very annoyed and promptly left. I grabbed her one $40 bra on the way to the register and even managed to get the correct size by ourselves !! We went directly to the register without trying it on. Luckily it worked and she loves it. What an actual joke, I was waiting to be punked or something. So very disappointing for my daughters first trip to VS.
