I didn't know you weren't suppose to look at dresses on racks because some aren't even available until fall . I tried to explain that we needed to get into at least the style she liked. When I met with the planners at the church, they shared with me the Wedding Policy which included some tips for brides on modesty. In it, there were three websites for examples of modest wedding gowns, which I found very helpful. One of the websites was for Moments Made. I was surprised to see how many of the dresses I loved on their website! However, I was bummed to see they were not local to Arizona. But fortunately for me, I travel to Salt Lake City often for work and already had a trip planned there. I was SO excited to book an evening appointment at Moments Made while I was there for work. I went in on a Tuesday evening and pretty much had the entire place to myself. My consultant, Amber, was SO helpful. She made me feel like a princess, ensured she had a grasp of what I was looking for. And luckily, I had already obsessed over the website enough where I had about 8 dresses picked out. We tried on many of them and (as I'm sure happens with most brides), the one I thought would be the top contender wasn't really jiving with me. Towards the end of my appt, I was torn between two dresses. Amber was patient with me and allowed me to try both on again and spend quite a bit of time in each. She even dressed me up with a veil, had me hold flowers, put on jewelry, etc. It really helped to be able to see the whole look come together. What I appreciate most is how thoughtful she was in helping me narrow it down. She could tell I was very torn and I didn't have any family or friends present with me to help make the decision. She asked me "What do you NOT like about each dress?" I told her for Dress #1, I didn't like that it was sparkly and it was a bit too heavy. For Dress #2, I told her that I didn't like that it was V-Neck (I wanted sweetheart) and I wanted it to have a tad fuller of a skirt for an A-line dress. Very quickly, she was able to show me that Dress #2 could be altered to make it sweetheart and also add layers underneath to make it a fuller skirt. On the contrary, it would be pretty impossible to remove the sparkles off of Dress #1. And just like that, I had my answer and was able to to say "yes" to the dress! Amber also helped me to try to find a local seamstress in Arizona (I ended up going with someone else, but still appreciated her going out of her way). She also picked out a veil and earrings for me that looked really nice. I figured "Oh well I'll buy them and probably end up getting something else later on." But sure enough, those were the earrings I ended up wearing on my wedding day! I also got a store credit for buying the dress and was able to buy some nice sweaters while I was in store as well. Surprisingly, as someone who is very fickle (especially with fashion), I am shocked to say that I purchased my dress in October, got married in June and NEVER once did I waver on purchasing this dress. It was so perfect for me and I got so many compliments on it. I look back at the pictures now and feel like it is a timeless, classic dress. I felt so beautiful in it and am very grateful to Amber for helping me narrow down the perfect dress for my big day!

My dress was late so I tried to contact them to see what was going on and they had skipped town leaving no forwarding info. no phone, no store, no website. I was in a panic. I called the chamber of commerce who gave me the cell phone number of the owner. I texted her in desperation to get answers. Then I contacted my bank to dispute the charges because I was sure she had run off with the money with no intention of making good on delivery. Why else wouldn't she have contacted me about the change in her business status? She eventually (after getting notice of the bank dispute) emailed me that the dress was delayed due to tariffs and took no responsibility at all for the lack of communication. In fact she scolded me for not knowing what she was going through I am told the dress will be shipped in 4 days, but they can't give me an estimated arrival date. Side note, this woman was so caught up in feeling sorry for herself and her business struggles that she could not even see why I was upset about how this all unfolded. Completely unprofessional, sketchy business practices...save yourself and go somewhere else!!

She pulled 2 dresses and my sister, mom, and I had to look through the small, VERY LIMITED selection of dresses to try on. Nobody clamped dresses, zipped me up, nothing. We literally didn't see an employee after we left the front desk. We were there for maybe 30 minutes. I understand they aren't going to have 2026 bridal styles, but the variety is nothing short of underwhelming. If you're looking for a good experience-- go somewhere else. If you're looking for a dress be WEARY. I'm a size 2-4 and had very, very, limited (and outdated) options.

I was looking for…read morecost efficient wedding dresses for the big day but was getting discouraged with the high prices until I saw that BC was having a floor sample sale. All dresses were $700! Such a great deal for the brides on a budget. From my understanding, the sale features unsold high-quality dresses that have been gently used for display or modeling. Store: the store was organized and clean but surprising a little small. All the dresses for the sale were tucked in a corner and grouped by level of modesty and style. Overall, I think the experience turned out great for my first wedding dress fitting. My feedback for the team is that I felt overwhelmed at the beginng of the selection process. As a first time wedding dress shopper, a couple of staff members kept asking me what kind of dress I was looking for and seeing if I needed any help with picking out 5 dresses to try on for the first round of fitting. It could have been just their standard protocol to rush or move along the selection process as quickly as possible so they could take their time with the actual dress fitting step. My recommendation is to let one associate lead the intro process and set up a comfortable length of time (about 5-8mins) to let them browse first. This will help make it less overwhelming. Then after the 5 dresses are selected, other staff can come in to help. During the fitting, I had a great time being asked about my vision and plans for the wedding to help keep the whole fitting process light hearted and fun. Hard to recommend this company. At the end of the day I am currently wearing suit pants from a $100 suit that fits better than those from formed fit. My suit pants and all my shirts had to be competent remade because of poor measurements. I cautioned not to make the pants too tight but told the style. Pants are too tight. The shirts I have fit well, but the material was much cheaper than expected. I have basic Nordstroms shirts and non of the three shirts compares to that quality / softness to the skin. My favorites are from my last custom order, different company, in fit and quality. The collars have collar stays sewn inside... Never have that- buttons or holes for collar stays. In short, when I think of what to wear to impress, it should be my newest custom suit abd that is not the case. On a side note- I'm pretty sure Ty, who left a review here worked at formed fit and may have even measured me, lol.
