There's a large area where you can see people working and then a separate one with a changing room. You change into what you want altered and then they'll come and assess what needs to be done. They're pretty upfront with prices and you can opt-in/out of stuff. Service: So sweet and friendly. I came in with a large bridesmaid dress and they were truthful about telling me to get a new one as even with alterations, it wouldn't look as good. Value: Standard pricing as far as alteration places go. They do guarantee a 1 week turn around basically no matter what which is nice. Overall, would use again.

The length of the dress was uneven and extremely long, even wearing 4.25" heels. The dress was layered and loose, and that made the job challenging. However, I took the drees to Olga. She patiently took the time to take the correct measures and pinned the bottom to keep them steady.
