Shelle was beyond generous with her time, and was remarkably helpful and patient. We both ended up buying a bunch of stuff and we are already looking forward to coming back next year. This is going to be a pilgrimage destination from now on. Shelle was the most attentive and kind salesperson I have ever met. She even helped us find where we were going to have lunch (great recommendation, by the way, thank you!). We will absolutely be back. And, slightly off topic, I look so cute in my new clothes. It takes twenty minutes to get someone on the phone that knows anything. The person says yes we have the gun still and your background report has not come back yet. They also tell my wife do not call back -we will call you when your background report comes in. Flash forward another week, she calls back again, and they tell her her background report is still not back. Plus, we sold your gun. It's a unique shotgun, hard to find unless you specially order it. What an epic fail. I understand background checks are not their fault, but selling her gun?! After telling her they would hold it for her?!?! Don't buy guns at cal ranch. Go to cabellas or an armory.
