But when we returned weeks later to purchase a simple white shirt, we were met with the same cold, condescending attitude -- this time from a different employee. My fiancé was treated with visible disdain from the moment we walked in. We're not sure if it's because he has shoulder length hair and a trimmed beard, because it couldn't have been anything we did, we always prioritize being polite as we know what it's like to work in retail. Every question was met with irritation, as if helping us was a burden. No warmth, no interest, no effort. It's shocking that a business built around helping men feel confident and polished has absolutely no grasp of basic courtesy or professionalism. If you're going to market yourself as a place that helps men look like gentlemen, start by acting like one. We ended up going to another shop nearby -- and the experience couldn't have been more different. The staff there treated my fiancé with respect, took time to listen, and helped him find the perfect look for our wedding day. That's how you earn loyal customers. If you value being treated like a human being -- skip this place. Until they learn to check their snobbery at the door, it's not worth your time or money

Offering only 100% natural fiber suits including super 100+ fabrics at a bargain. There really is no reason why anyone should be going anywhere else if they are looking for best value. The biggest secret is the tailor behind the scenes. She is from Mongolia and worked in San Francisco for most of her career and has been a tailor for some major fashion brands. I've had plenty of garments altered by her and she understand my preference now and she doesn't speak English so make sure to have one of the staff members translate for you. Last mention, their ties are fabulous. Hand made Italian ties. I've purchase over 10 ties and love them. You can thank me later

Later that night I went home and brought the bag in started pulling everything out to wash it. The most expensive thing that I bought wasn't there. So I went back to the store and asked if it got left on the counter by chance. The same girl said I am pretty sure I put it in the bag. Oh wait is this it right here. No that is not it. Oh I'm sorry could it have gotten out back? No ! So is there a manager that I can talk to I ask. She says I am the manager. I'm sorry but I let you use all coupons which I am not supposed to do. Well what I say to that is well I would have just brought someone else if you didn't, but you did. And I didn't do anything wrong so I just say do you have an owner I can talk to. I am pretty disappointed since I have bought stuff there twice a week for the last two months. Oh well I guess I won't be back. Sad I just felt like they let me leave with no resolution. If the owner calls to resolve this I will defiantly change my feeling bugs and my review but I'm not sure they will even tell the owner.this also makes me sad because I have recommended this place to so many people because I know it is a small business. And, while the outer sign for "Van Heusen" remains, it is really a part of what's now PVH, a company owning Arrow, Van Heusen, Tommy Hilfiger, IZOD, and Calvin Klein. It's also hard to tellVan Heusen apart from the other stores it has bought out. Van Heusen has the stretchable dress fashions like Arrow; the rugged flannels of an Eddie Bauer, the mix of weekend-on-the-yacht leisurewear with week-at-the-office business suits and dressware of Tommy Hilfiger, the upscale frat-boyishness of IZOD, and the skinny-people-only-ness of Calvin Klein. Their clothes are very good, but the "deals" aren't much better than you could get online. And, the sizes skew small. Maybe there's a reason they only have two stores in the area!

This is a big store (much larger than the Park City one) and it's very bright, open and modern feeling which really makes for a good experience the moment you walk in. It's a well laid out store with a great selection of pretty much anything you can dream of clothing wise. I buy a lot of my more casual work clothes from here because they are just great quality, look and feel good and they are very durable and well worth the price. But there's lots more than that, they have a great selection of more dress-up style clothing as well as accessories, underwear, you name it! I rarely fail to find something that fits the bill when I come in here, and they do have some great deals at times. While like all stores in the outlets, it can get a little hectic sometimes (especially over holidays) they seem to generally handle it well, and I've never received anything but friendly service here, so overall what's not to like?
