Amazing store! Friendly staff! It's where I buy ALL my clothes! That and the MK website!!

I have to say I am highly disappointed in this store. I have been shopping at this store for a few years now and the last few time I go in. I get no greeting. Others that come in get greeted right after me. I get no help unless I ask for it. The workers automatically go up to the other customers and ask them if they need assistant. I come in there wearing my MK bag all the time. Obviously I'm interested in buying something from them. When I am looking at stuff the workers walk right in front of me like I'm not there. Yes I am African American. I have never had issues in the past with this store. I drive over an hour to this store. Will not be going back there and giving my business. I always spend too much money here. I come once a year and it's on Black Friday. The entire store was 70% off and additional 15% for Black Friday! Clearance items were an additional 75% off. Of course the crowd, the long lines, and kids running around during these crazy hours can be hectic, but the savings are so worth it! When the products were dwindling down, the staff were quick to restock! There's plenty of workers to help you quickly do the math and calculate the discount if needed. read more

Pretty good deals and selection if you're there at the right time. However,be prepare to be hounded by sales to add a dozen more shirts to your dressing room because 'they thought you would like it' and pushing a dozen more wallets on your face to match that new purse you haven't decided on buying yet. But just get it, cuz it sure brings out the color of your eyes. I prefer to shop in peace. I know they've gotta make commission but the pushiness got old and annoying real quick. read more

I hate buying expensive purses for my wife, but when I do, I always stop at this Michael Kors outlet. I'm always greeted pretty quick. The service is very friendly. The store itself is so clean, very organized, and easy to find exactly what you're looking for. And deals everywhere. I bought a bag for my wife that was 50% off, a wallet that was 40% off, and then they took another 20% off my purchase at the register. Even though it's an outlet, the items that are in this location are not outdated or out of style. If you're shopping for the newest style that Michael Kors recently released then shop at the regular retail location. But if you're just looking for a color, shape, style, etc and not concerned about the absolute newest model that came out, then I highly suggest shopping here. read more

My favorite outlet store at Traverse Mountain! Great selection, even better than the MK store at City Creek. I always go straight to the back here because the sale and clearance section is a freaking GOLDMINE! read more

What can I say. Michael Kors is Michael Kors, and an outlet store will always just be an outlet store. That being said, this store is one of the better ones I have been to. The staff are friendly and helpful, and aren't too pushy on trying to sell me things. Being a man, the selection at this store is essentially limited to watches for me. And i'm fine with that. They have a pretty large selections of watches at this location which is a plus. The store is always perfectly manicured and kept tidy. Located in the middle of the traverse mountain outdoor outlets, it's a great stop for shopping during the summer. I was there a couple of days ago and I regretted it. 30 degrees, and the wind at the outlets is often strong and cold. Try to avoid these outlets unless it is summertime :) Overall, the selection at this MK is pretty reasonable. TONS OF BAGS. I mean, wall to wall bags. More than mostly any other store I have been too. If you have a woman, take her here. You'll end up spending a few thousand less than if you had went to prada, and the bags are pretty good quality. Love this MK outlet! Such a great deal for everything without skimping on quality! Everything is always so clean and there's always a good sale. The manager, Crystal, and her team are absolutely wonderful and such a pleasure to shop with. They're always very accommodating and they recommend great pieces. I love their clothes, watches, bags, sunglasses and all the accessories! I am madly in love with the Michael Classic perfume and the mini lipgloss kit. The apparel always makes me feel and look like a million bucks plus the MK handbags are to die for! Definitely going to keep coming back here and I highly recommend this place to all my fellow fashionistas and bargain shoppers :) read more

It's a bit strange to walk into the store 30 minutes after opening to overhear the girls talk about marking up the pricing of the items to put them on sale. I realize stores are entitled to price at will, but shouldn't this be discussed before your customers come through the door. As a result, I was reluctant to purchase anything. read more

Selection is what you'd expect from an oulet store. But the employees are great. Friendly and helpful, but not pushy. Especially Winter.

Went in here yesterday and was totally appalled. I walked in and was greeted right away, but when the sales woman on the floor saw my purse wasn't a MK bag, she was less than helpful. In fact, she was quite rude. You do not treat your customers this way. I was actually planning on buying another MK bag that day but since the gal was so rude I left. I have bought 5 mk bags and have always had amazing customer service, but this one girl surely isnt up to par with the standards. read more

This store is a ripoff they advertise discount prices but the reality is that you can find stuff in other stores for just as cheap. they have horrible staff and their return policy is absolutely ludacris. I will never buy from Micheal kors again read more

Worst customer service ever. I went in to browse and one of the girls was breathing down our necks and wouldn't let us look alone. She shadowed us the entire time and then we were debating on whether or not we should go, we looked up and saw the lady that was helping us whispering about us and rolling her eyes while she talked to another salesperson.
