When we walked in, we were looking in the front of the store and the sales associates seemed to be busy at the desk in the back of the store so we didn't think anything of the fact that they didn't seem to notice us walk in. Then, when we want back to the dressing rooms (passing the sales associates without so much as a "Hello") we found the dressing rooms strewn with clothes that other customers had left behind. It was a mess, but we just sort of raised our eyebrows and carried on. I waited out in the store while my fiance tried on the dress and when she came out (again, walking right past the sales associates) she told me it was too big--well within earshot of the sales associates. I looked over at them to see if they might come help us grab a smaller dress but evidently they couldn't be bothered. They were too busy on their phones, giggling and showing one another what ever they were looking at. So, I went and grabbed the dress myself. While my fiance was trying the dress on, one of the associates walked back to the dressing rooms, looked at me nervously then awkwardly walked over to grab the table right next to me without a word--weird. The dress fit, so we went to check out and the one of the two behind the counter took the dress, scanned it, an told my fiance how much it cost without so much as a "Did you find everything you were looking for?" or something. It was like we were bothering them with our business. While we were in the store, there were between 1 and 4 customers in the store. The sales associates never said a thing to any of them unless they were checking out. The two associates at the desk in the back just kept playing with their phones and giggling, while the other (the one from the dressing room) huffed and puffed around straightening clothes on displays. I'm not one to write many reviews, this is my first in a long time, but this experience was something else. It seems the manager (one of the two gigglers behind the desk) is either incompetent or in need of some serious training.

This is a big store (much larger than the Park City one) and it's very bright, open and modern feeling which really makes for a good experience the moment you walk in. It's a well laid out store with a great selection of pretty much anything you can dream of clothing wise. I buy a lot of my more casual work clothes from here because they are just great quality, look and feel good and they are very durable and well worth the price. But there's lots more than that, they have a great selection of more dress-up style clothing as well as accessories, underwear, you name it! I rarely fail to find something that fits the bill when I come in here, and they do have some great deals at times. While like all stores in the outlets, it can get a little hectic sometimes (especially over holidays) they seem to generally handle it well, and I've never received anything but friendly service here, so overall what's not to like?

And, while the outer sign for "Van Heusen" remains, it is really a part of what's now PVH, a company owning Arrow, Van Heusen, Tommy Hilfiger, IZOD, and Calvin Klein. It's also hard to tellVan Heusen apart from the other stores it has bought out. Van Heusen has the stretchable dress fashions like Arrow; the rugged flannels of an Eddie Bauer, the mix of weekend-on-the-yacht leisurewear with week-at-the-office business suits and dressware of Tommy Hilfiger, the upscale frat-boyishness of IZOD, and the skinny-people-only-ness of Calvin Klein. Their clothes are very good, but the "deals" aren't much better than you could get online. And, the sizes skew small. Maybe there's a reason they only have two stores in the area!

So, if you, your spouse, and your kids all vibe with Volcom's style, you'll all be able to find things to wear, especially in the summer: A lot of swimsuits and board shorts, tees, caps, sandals, rash guards, hoodies, jeans, and flannel. My only beef is with the sizes ... not much for the big, not much for the tall. While not a lot many jaw-dropping outlet mall prices, their current "Essentials Kit" of 2 tees, 1 pant, 1 hoodie, and 1 hat is an excellent and well-priced way to get indoctrinated into the Volcom way.

We were hesitant, not knowing if dressing rooms were open yet-you know, Covid and all. Another employee noticed our hesitation and invited us to pick any room and go ahead and try them on. We ended up leaving with a couple pair of perfectly fitting Levi's. (I can call them that because they actually are Levi brand.) The price was a little steep-a little over 100 dollars for two pair. Great timing with our visit because they had a really great selection for everyone. Even styles that we didn't find our sizes on the floor, the employees retrieved from the back for us! Employees were super helpful and more than happy to help and cater to our needs. Their jackets were on point (and on sale!) so had to get a couple! Love our experience here and will plan on coming back regularly!
