There are a lot of different colors so if you are looking for something specific you might have to compromise. The store is split into half with men's and women shoes grouped together. Literally half of the store. For each. If you do need a brand new pair of shoes at retail price they can go grab those for you in the back. Prices are marked on the box by a colored sticker. The price list is standing on top of the aisles so you'll know exactly what you'll pay for them. Prices seemed to reflect what condition they are in. When in doubt look at the sticker on the box. As for the staff I had nothing but a great interaction with the people working. One of the guys took time to answer all my questions and even had me try the different styles on while explaining the differences between each shoe. There were other customers and they had great interaction with them as well. The store was very well organized and very clean. She was devastated, but when I went back to the store to see what our options were, they said they'd replace them with another pair of the same size/color. They didn't have enough in stock at this particular location, but they told us to go check another location nearby that had some in stock. We ran over there and the lady who had helped us out here at the Traverse Mountain location had even called ahead to let the other store know we were coming. I wish I had caught the name of the lady who helped us out and called ahead, she had great nails and deserves a raise!
