I really wanted to like Nike as everyone seems obsessed with it, so I ordered some shoes online, they got here, I was psyched, and they came defective. The shoe box was ripped, but I can look past that. The heels are straight up folded in. So I brought them into this store to exchange them, SINCE THEY ARE DEFECTIVE, and they told me there's nothing they could do. No returns, exchanges, in store credit, nothing. All while being short and rude about it. So now I'm stuck with defective shoes I can't wear but spent too much money on to feel good about tossing them out. Which is awesome. I bought a pair of shoes and they fell apart. The bottom literally fell off and the manager, Zac hall said that's normal wear and tear and he wasn't willing to do anything about it. I asked to talk to the store manager, Steve Johnson since that's so ridiculous and Zac said he can't tell me when Steve works to talk to him but i could come back every day to find out lol... it's like I'm taking crazy pills. The Nike website said they have a year warranty on shoes but no one honors it so i thought i would call Nike and you have to jump through a hundred hoops to talk to anyone. I get that Nike is huge and customer service sucks but man Zac acted like i was taking money out of his pocket to get a new pair of shoes. I will NEVER shop at Nike Factory Store again! I recommend you do not ship here either unless you like to be insulted by the flippant counter clerk named Hayley or the store manager that doesn't appear to care about his stores reputation either. We purchased a pair of custom Nikes for my son for Christmas. He had worn these shoes less than 6 or 7 times in the three months he had them. The glue on the side started coming apart so we went in to get them exchanged or a store credit. Instead of just handling it like every other normal store, they told me "they couldn't do anything for me". I said you'd rather lose a customer over $130 than to do there right thing? Hayley proceeded to tell my wife "well you've only bought one other pair of Nikes from us before!" With a very flippant and dismissive attitude. I asked for the manager and the guy standing next to her said"that's me". Again, I asked them do you want to lose a customer over this? He just shrugged and said I can't help you. Absolutely USELESS. Jordan Landing Nike is the best outlet. This one has too many basic shoes so it bland and too unoriginal

We came to this store looking to get some new workout gear. Planning on spending a few hundred dollars. While looking, my two kids (3&6) where playing by my side not hurting anything when a lady came up to them, not me who was clearly standing right next to them. Told them they had to stop, and not to act like that. I was so upset I put all the clothing I had on the rack and left. Texted my husband we where waiting outside. He came out asked what happened. After explaining he was done shopping at Nike. I understand the girls are young and don't have kids, but after reading the previous reviews about the special need group getting kicked out, management needs to rethink their values. read more

We have always had good experiences here. It's hit or miss on selection and bargains but that's kind of how it goes with outlet stores in my opinion. I've found some great deals before on shoes as well as clothes so I always enjoy stopping in for a peek. read more

Ok best customer service ever. They actually found my size for me in the back. They made suggestions that were clutch. I love this store. I live in LA and you do not get this type of customer service in the Nike outlet and last time I was in Utah the Park City location was bad too. And the inventory was AWESOME! We always try to stop here when in the area to shop for running and court shoes. Good selection, clean store and easy to find what we need. After most recent visit, I discovered a billing issue that I didn't catch until retuning to our home state and looking at receipt. Pretty much my bad as I changed my mind on which pair of shoes to get in the middle of checking out. I called today and the manager (I think) was SO helpful, patient and friendly. It took a bit for her to research the issue and she thanked me each time for waiting. I was thrilled to get a "real" person so willing to listen and help and favorably resolve the issue over the phone. Happy customer here. read more

Why was my special needs neighbor child asked to leave on their field trip?!?! He is often in our home. He is an angel... because they weren't buying anything on their field trip, you asked them to leave. This trip was cleared by the outlets and the stores were notified, wake up people. No one ever asked if we needed any assistance. store wasn't very busy. Workers talking amongst themselves.. I walked to the register with 7 boxes of shoes and a full bag of apparel. No one else standing in line except myself and out of the 8 workers at the register, 5 walked away as I waited balancing my items. Stood there for a good 2 min. That felt like 30min holding everything. Mind you no one is in line or at any of the registers checking out.. I had to force myself to a register before everything fell out of my hands and the gurl helping wasn't friendly at all. This store has some cool sneaker selection with some bright and vivid colors but somehow nike makes these colors work in a sneaker I have bought from this store a couple of times and both times i found sneakers at reasonable price and considering its nike, i was pleasently surprised that i was able to get a sneaker of my choice from a brand of my choice at a price that was acceptable to me. Great selection of sneakers and quality products. However the staff in store are not extremely helpful or responsive and we basically had to go around the store quite a few times to find people to help us out with our requirements and price checks. The store has got a nice ambience and is well organized and always seems to have a lot of young customer base which seems to be what nike's objective is which is casual, modern and trendy with a focus on fitness and athletics which seem to be aligned with next gens views and objectives as well. However despite the great product and product quality as well as available product selection, the customer service does dip and was not what i would expect from a store that carries the brand of nike and hence the 3 stars. read more

They said the current price for this show is 42$ so they can give that to us in a store credit which bas to be used today itself. I am like which store does that. We asked for a diff size and they couldn't even find that. Is this a way of nike to make money. Coz, they surely lost two of their loyal customers. Went in looking for a pair of running shoes. It seemed busy but half of the people were employees. Several were standing as if guarding the isles. I figured they were there to help customers as they approached. Nope. I had to move around them as they socialized with each other. It took several minutes of wandering around the two isles before any of them even acknowledged I was there. I stopped on one row of half height shelves to look at a particular model of shoe, two other employees were on the other side talking with each other. A third employee approached on my side of the shelf, stood right in front of me with his back to me, blocking my view of the shoes to get in on the conversation with the other two employees. After standing there in disbelief for another few moments, thinking maybe he would notice he was blocking a customer, which he didn't, I left and went over to the Asics store where I was treated much better. I don't have anything against Nike. I've been pleased with their products in the past, which is why I was there. They lost a sale due to the poor customer awareness in their store. read more

Poor customer service, asked for help finding a women's shoe in a wider fit and 2 employees just pointed at a few shoes and said to look for shoes with a fabric that stretches and walked away! Never followed up with me as I tried on multiple shoes. Then there were multiple signs that said "all socks 40%" yet at check out they rang up full price and the cashier said they weren't on sale. worst experience at this location. I knew exactly what i was walking in there for and was literally going to go in and out. It was 9:00 on the dot and i understand they were closed, but there was a huge line at the register and people still shopping around. One of the girls at the door who was opening and closing the doors said "i'll let it slide this one time" when we asked her if we can go in and out and she rolled her eyes at us. We were in the men's shoe section picking out the size of the one item we were originally there for and another unhappy employee asked us if someone had let us know they were closed. don't get me wrong, i completely get that they're trying to get out of there as quick as possible but at the end of the day it's the service & attitude that will matter not how long a customer is there for. The people where great but, when it came knowledge to the shoe it fell short. I purchased some shoes that i desperately needed. I need the most support possible. I was assured that the two shoes I was looking at where the same. That I was actually getting a better deal by buying the shoe on sale. I was comparing the Zoom structure 19 and the zoom odyssey 2. I do not live close to the store and I am on a budget. So I went with the advice of the sales rep. Finding out later the structure is far better for me. Then I check reviews to make sure and sure enough. The odyssey is NOT shoe for me. It's not easy for me to take product back, do to my financial situation. So driving back and forth can become big issue. I normally would not mind just returning. But now I have to drive that distance again.... then I now have to pay an additional 30ish bucks.... I wish I would have been told before hand. I really need a stable shoe... this just sucks. read more
