When we walked in, we were looking in the front of the store and the sales associates seemed to be busy at the desk in the back of the store so we didn't think anything of the fact that they didn't seem to notice us walk in. Then, when we want back to the dressing rooms (passing the sales associates without so much as a "Hello") we found the dressing rooms strewn with clothes that other customers had left behind. It was a mess, but we just sort of raised our eyebrows and carried on. I waited out in the store while my fiance tried on the dress and when she came out (again, walking right past the sales associates) she told me it was too big--well within earshot of the sales associates. I looked over at them to see if they might come help us grab a smaller dress but evidently they couldn't be bothered. They were too busy on their phones, giggling and showing one another what ever they were looking at. So, I went and grabbed the dress myself. While my fiance was trying the dress on, one of the associates walked back to the dressing rooms, looked at me nervously then awkwardly walked over to grab the table right next to me without a word--weird. The dress fit, so we went to check out and the one of the two behind the counter took the dress, scanned it, an told my fiance how much it cost without so much as a "Did you find everything you were looking for?" or something. It was like we were bothering them with our business. While we were in the store, there were between 1 and 4 customers in the store. The sales associates never said a thing to any of them unless they were checking out. The two associates at the desk in the back just kept playing with their phones and giggling, while the other (the one from the dressing room) huffed and puffed around straightening clothes on displays. I'm not one to write many reviews, this is my first in a long time, but this experience was something else. It seems the manager (one of the two gigglers behind the desk) is either incompetent or in need of some serious training.

    Volcom

You may not know it, but Volcom--the surfing, skateboarding, and snowboarding "lifestyle…read moreretailer"--is a rarity to this neck of the woods. With several locations in California and Hawaii, and international locations as exotic as Bali (2), Japan (7), Australia (3), Argentina (6), France (14), it's a wonder to find a second location to go with Park City here in little ol' Utah. Especially since Utahns only do a lot of their three areas of focus (snowboarding), a little of another (skateboarding), and, because of Utah's land-locked geographical location, none of the third (surfing). Still, here we are! Although it is like many retailers focused on the surfing, skater, and snowboard communities (like Zumiez, Vans, etc.), Volcom's focus seems more on the clothes than the accessories. So, if you, your spouse, and your kids all vibe with Volcom's style, you'll all be able to find things to wear, especially in the summer: A lot of swimsuits and board shorts, tees, caps, sandals, rash guards, hoodies, jeans, and flannel. My only beef is with the sizes ... not much for the big, not much for the tall. While not a lot many jaw-dropping outlet mall prices, their current "Essentials Kit" of 2 tees, 1 pant, 1 hoodie, and 1 hat is an excellent and well-priced way to get indoctrinated into the Volcom way.

I was also made aware of the sales that were going on when I got a lot of products from their store! $99 for a bikini, accessory, and a t-shirt!! So worth it!!! I joined their rewards program, and I'll be in here again very soon!!! Great service, great deals, great quality products!

Maybe they don't receive the collection because it is an outlet store but her tone should never be like that with a customer asking a simple question.

I've tried for years to help my wife see that not all denim jeans are worthy of the name "Levi," but it's a battle I continue to lose. Anyway, we found ourselves in the Traverse Mountain Outlets yesterday and my wife wanted a new pair of denim jeans. We saw the Levi store, and went in. We were immediately greeted by a cheerful employee and when we said we were looking for shorts, she didn't skip a beat and asked "men's or women's sizes?" I loved that she didn't assume anytime. My wife wears men's pants and shorts almost exclusively and hates when people assume otherwise. It wasn't long before we had a few pair that my wife wanted to try on. We were hesitant, not knowing if dressing rooms were open yet-you know, Covid and all. Another employee noticed our hesitation and invited us to pick any room and go ahead and try them on. We ended up leaving with a couple pair of perfectly fitting Levi's. (I can call them that because they actually are Levi brand.) The price was a little steep-a little over 100 dollars for two pair. But from what I know about the brand, they should last awhile.
