The staff are friendly and helpful, and aren't too pushy on trying to sell me things. Being a man, the selection at this store is essentially limited to watches for me. And i'm fine with that. They have a pretty large selections of watches at this location which is a plus. The store is always perfectly manicured and kept tidy. Located in the middle of the traverse mountain outdoor outlets, it's a great stop for shopping during the summer. I was there a couple of days ago and I regretted it. 30 degrees, and the wind at the outlets is often strong and cold. Try to avoid these outlets unless it is summertime :) Overall, the selection at this MK is pretty reasonable. TONS OF BAGS. I mean, wall to wall bags. More than mostly any other store I have been too. If you have a woman, take her here. You'll end up spending a few thousand less than if you had went to prada, and the bags are pretty good quality. Anyway, this store is great and represents the Michael Kors brand well.

When she got…read morehome she couldn't stop talking about her experience, especially the customer service she received from the staff at this Sandy South Town Mall venue. My wife went there to return/exchange some pants that were the wrong size and ended up working specifically with Miranda there in the store to get that accomplished. My wife said Miranda was great pleasant to work with and very helpful with the entire return and exchange process. She also helped my wife find the right pants that fit properly. In fact, she said that the entire staff was helpful there and was very attentive to her needs the entire time she was in the store. In this day of lackluster mall patronage, it was nice to see this store step it up and take care of its customers! Five stars to Maurices (and Miranda) for great customer service! The manager should be commended for this and recognize his best employees who really make a difference. Thank you!

Looking all over the valley for someone who does DTG printing. It was a long 3 day search. Ha! BUT…read moreI found these guys driving around in the area. Saw their sign and looked them up online. EXACTLY WHAT I've been looking for. Their online designing platform, SO SIMPLE to use. They have a lot of product options AND they were able to print my very detailed design quickly. The ordering process was also super easy to go through and even the pickup process. Customer service is very friendly and prompt to answer questions. Even though the embroidery agent works in a different department, she took time out to check on my orders and make sure that they were completely done before I made the 45 minute trip back that way to pick it up. I had my shirts made before I needed them. The printing and quality of the print, is very vibrant. I'm glad they were able to keep the bright colors even on a white colored t-shirt. I've washed my shirts like many times (lol) and the color still stays vibrant. I try not to dry my t-shirts when they've been customized, but I do with these. They still look awesome. I will be using these guys for future use and highly recommend them for DTG printing. Thank you purple elephant. Truly grateful for you guys.
