EXACTLY WHAT I've been looking for. Their online designing platform, SO SIMPLE to use. They have a lot of product options AND they were able to print my very detailed design quickly. The ordering process was also super easy to go through and even the pickup process. Customer service is very friendly and prompt to answer questions. Even though the embroidery agent works in a different department, she took time out to check on my orders and make sure that they were completely done before I made the 45 minute trip back that way to pick it up. I had my shirts made before I needed them. The printing and quality of the print, is very vibrant. I'm glad they were able to keep the bright colors even on a white colored t-shirt. I've washed my shirts like many times (lol) and the color still stays vibrant. I try not to dry my t-shirts when they've been customized, but I do with these. They still look awesome. I am disappointed to write this review. For about 10 years…read morein the early 2000s, I ran a very small screen printing company. When our doors closed, I found Spilt Ink. They had an awesome culture, and were really great to work with. For years, I never shopped around for another printer - always just went to Spilt Ink. That is until my most recent order. The rep from my order delivered my order to me, which was great. They were great to work with during the process. However, after sifting through the order on arrival, I realized one piece was missing. I contacted them, and they informed me that the piece was screwed up in the printing - totally understandable as it's a human process. However, when I insisted I needed the piece, (even offered to rush around town to provide the garment and pay for it), their response was "we did state that we can not guarantee 100% of the order is completed correctly" and that they would do nothing more about it. I was out of luck. They did not even inform me during the process it would be missing - they just let me find out organically after my order was done. Before today, I felt like Spilt/Huge was a company that would try and make it right, instead of covering their mistakes in fine print. Back in ~2001, when I messed up a shirt out of my garage, I would absolutely get it replaced instead of shrugging it off. I am not sure with taking on big clients like FanX has changed that mentality over at Huge Brands/Spilt Ink - but I guess it is neither here nor there. I have always gotten my printing done with Spilt Ink/Huge Brands. I have also told everyone who asks me to recommend a screen printer to go to them as well. I will no longer be doing either of those things.

Please don't waste your time or money on Huge Brands/Spilt Ink!…read more I put in a rush order to sell merch for an event, and 2 days before I was supposed to pick it up, they asked me if it was okay to downsize the artwork on the hoodies from 14" to 10". I expressed my disappointment, but I tried to be understanding and approved it. I was upset that they threw that on me so last second, but I was assured that the T-shirts were almost done and they would still be the originally agreed-upon size of 14". However, when I picked up my order, the T-shirts were also printed at 10". I'm still not sure if they lied to me about the T-shirts being almost done, or if they had already printed them at the smaller size without my permission, but either way, I was extremely disappointed. I expressed my disappointment and they said they would replace the shirts. When I told them that I had sold a few of the shirts at my event trying to recoup some of the money I spent on the order, they informed me they would no longer replace any of the shirts I didn't sell. I asked for a refund on the rush fee (not even the product that was messed up), and they said they couldn't refund me, but they could give me that credit on my next order and 15% off. Then, they rescinded that offer because when I reluctantly approved the hoodie artwork downsizing, they apparently snuck the T-shirts onto the approval sheet. I was really frustrated at this point, so I threatened to dispute the entire charge with my credit card company if they didn't at least refund me the rush fee. I didn't hear back from them, so I disputed the charge, and as soon as I did, they finally refunded the rush fee. I ultimately ended up paying full price for an order that was totally messed up, and the whole time, they seemed totally bugged that I was upset about spending thousands of dollars on messed up product. I later went to ScreenPro in Layton for a separate order, and the difference between the two businesses was night and day. My order at ScreenPro was exactly what I wanted, they finished it way faster than Huge Brands/Spilt Ink, and they didn't even charge me a rush fee!

Walker has literally called you off other phone numbers that were not mine or his and then you would finally answer. Its just very strange that instead of trying to make this right you decide to respond to my yelp review instead. Once again, very unprofessional. Also, the other company you referred me to doesn't even provide the service that I was looking for and that why we came back to you and I told you that over the phone. You also still have one of our original shirts we gave you to color match the new order we placed since you did the other ones a different color, so we thought we might as well try one more time. That was obviously a mistake. But what really set off your terrible service today is how you spoke to me over the phone. You're rude and can't take accountability. You told me over and over again that it would take a week and you'd call me. A week would go by and you would never call which then forces me to CALL YOU. The only thing you should be irritated about is how your follow through is horrid and that you need to work on dealing with customers a lot better. I've done nothing but communicate respectfully with you and I couldn't even get that back in return. I wasn't calling every other day, I would call when YOU TOLD ME it would be ready. And when I called, it never was. When you talk about meeting me at Office Depot to give us our items it was because you didn't have it completed in a timely manner (once again) and I needed it. So you brought it to me because you dropped the ball on that. And this "bill" you claim was unpaid for 5 months was never even sent to us. You never called or texted us once and when I searched for it in our emails it was no where to be found. You couldn't even pull it up on your end so I'm starting to think you never even sent it. We only became aware of it because we came in to place another order and when you told us that we took care of it. Don't act like we were trying not to pay you. Ha! It was like $100. Lastly, if your company cannot function in a timely manner and if you continue to not have "enough inventory" then don't even take us on as a customer or simply communicate that this will take you 3 months to get a small order done. All you've done was waste our time and then catch an attitude when you're in the wrong and then referred me to a company that doesn't even do what I needed. I hope in the future you can conduct yourself in a more honest and righteous manner. Rude, unprofessional, and a liar! The owner there (Matt) constantly lies about when he would have things done and when I would call to follow up he would always have a bad attitude and get upset that I was calling. We've made several orders with him before and he always dropped the ball and would always ignore our calls. It got so bad that we had to call off of another number and then he would answer right away not knowing it was us. This last order was literal on shirt and two beanies that we ordered the week before Thanksgiving. It is now 12.9.22 and he still hasn't gotten it done and was rude and unprofessional when I call to follow up on it today. We tried to support another local business but unfortunately bad business is BAD BUSINESS! Save yourself some time and find another business that is honest and actually know how to treat people and provide the service that they are SUPPOSED
