I had my Truck Wrapped but only finished 3/4 of it then wanted to reschedule..... since then…read more...  I've been dealing with this crap since February.  because I couldn't get a reply or get it finished I paid to have it removed because I'm not driving around with 3/4 of my truck in wrap.    the other thing is your employee (Tommy) removed my hitch(not sure why) and left in the bed of my truck.  by doing so he lost or misplaced my locking pin.   after removing the wrap  I can see where he put glue on every edge on my truck, he used a razor blade to remove the emblems but when he did he cut and scratched and cut  my truck to the metal.   I had to pay $54 to replace the pin, another cost is $450 for a Detail shop to clean and buff out the scratches (they said they can't fix the cuts but will do their best) all this I said before in a VM and Email over the last 4 weeks

Not only was Adam amazing, he was FAST. I gave him a deadline I needed my site done, and BAM. He…read moreknocked it out faster than I even thought was possible. He asked me questions about what I did or didn't like, showed me different examples of what he could do. I thought I knew how I wanted my website designed and how I wanted it to look, but when Adam showed me what he could do, all of that changed. Instead, I let him take control and use his talents and nerd skillz to get my website looking better than it ever has and ever would have without him. His vision was better than mine, and I'm a professional photographer, so that's really saying something about his abilities and knowledge--not to mention his creative mind and eye. This website will carry my business far because of it's organization, it's layout, and beautiful form. I am so proud of it, and so thankful to Adam! There just aren't enough good words out there to express how I feel about it. If you're thinking about hiring him, think no further--just do it. You will regret it if you don't. Because we all know deep down... YOU REALLY DO NEED NERDS!!

We hired Luke (or Logo Luke as we call him) to help us reinvent our image. He gave us six great logos to choose from. He even helped us envision them by putting them on a photo of a truck. Our new logo reflects our mission for the next 50 years. We were so pleased with his work that we have kept Luke busy with various other graphic projects since then. He has designed brochures for us and our customer agencies. We like that Luke is a local and understands our needs. His work is top notch.

I'm appalled at the level of nonexistent customer service and the poor quality this place offers. I…read morecalled them to have a full color change wrap on my car. I decided on Prosigns because they were slightly cheaper than the other places around ( I found out why). I took my car in on Thursday July 30 and told Fernando that I needed it back by Sunday August 2 because I was going to be leaving town for a couple weeks. He told me that they should be able to finish the car by then. Fernando calls on Saturday and tells me that the car won't be finished until Monday. I ask what time on Monday, and the he proceeds to tell me that it actually won't be done probably until Wednesday. So I told him that I'd pick the car up when I got back into town, 3 weeks later. Fernando doesn't communicate with me or send pictures of the car for over a week, then the second week of August, I called several times to check the status of the car. Most calls went to voice mail, he finally picks up and tells me that it still is not done (3 weeks after I dropped it off with him) AND that they broke the back trunk handle of the car. 3 days before I get back in town to pick up the car, he runs my credit card for over $2000 without telling me! (Illegal) I get back the 3rd week of August to pick up the car and it is the absolute worst wrap job I've ever seen. The original paint is bleeding through several places, there are air bubbles, there are several awful patch jobs. He didn't even bother to wrap the trunk trim or the hood trim. Fernando isn't even on location the day I picked up the car (probably because he's so embarrassed on the crap job he did). I I drive home and hear rattling in the engine, I open the hood to find an exact knife lodged under the hood. I paid Prosigns over $4k for this and it is awful! Avoid this place at all costs!

We received repair estimates ranging between $4,500.00 to $6,000 from multiple auto body shops, a friend told me about Schmidt Signs and last Friday I stopped by where Lisa Schmidt told me that she could have a piece of vinyl applied then seal for under $150.00. This was done the first of this week and I am amazed at the quality of craftsmanship, and how quickly Lisa and her staff got our project done! In the future I am not going to waste my time going to the traditional auto body shop until I check with Lisa to see if what that scratch, dent, auto body repair is something either her or family can take for me, for I know that I will not only be treated fairly, the service and product that I receive will be of exceptional quality and a fair price. Thank you again Lisa for taking care of us!
