They were so easy to work with, price competitive, and bent over backwards to get our wedding signage done on time and it all looked amazing! Can't recommend them enough!

I don't even think they noticed they cut me off. I never honked because I have worked on my road rage and now don't really get upset with others on the freeway. When we got off, as I moved into the other lane, he came into my lane and proceeded to honk at me because I was there. He then stopped 10-15 feet before the stop line to proceed to yell at me. I rolled down my window to tell him he came into me and then rolled it up to deescalate the situation, as there have been several shootings that started that way and I did not want to engage further to protect my children who were in the car with me. There were 4 men yelling at a mom and children. I would NEVER want people like that at my business, interacting with customers, or near my family. I am a partner in 2 businesses, and work on the PTA board, so we have had many signs, business cards and other things done. If you need help, and want to avoid people with major anger management problems, here are some amazing companies I have worked with: Printology: they will either print what you have, or they will help you design what you would like. The other one we have used is Custom Graphics and Signs, Tanner made beautiful signs for us.

On the one hand, if you want a local company to handle things for you and you want one of the…read morebiggest little companies around in the sign and banner and display marketing biz, you've got the right folks. But the bigness of the company almost works against them. One of the reasons I often choose local companies is because of the kind of service and attention I get. When you order with them, there's a real push to do it online. That's great if you know what you need and what you're doing, but for someone who doesn't have this stuff made every couple of months it could be difficult and you may find the service at a smaller shop to be more up your alley. In a world where online printing companies are now super, super, UBER cheap it's often going to be more affordable to just send it off to Texas or California, even with shipping. I mean, if I'm submitting it all online anyway it becomes a pure price game. The good news is that they are local and real people do work there, so you can work a little closer with them if you need to. They've been around a long time and can handle just about any size project. And it's not just banners--they do tablecloths, car wraps, stand up banners, window banners (decals? wraps?) and a whole host of other promotional or products. Give the website a whirl if you're curious, but realize that if you're going to get a banner or project done just online, you can do a little research and save some money. Hopefully they'll be willing to walk you through it if you go in or pick up the phone.

After manning a table at a couple of events I was hooked and sought to improve the professionalism of our presence. The first thing I needed was signage with a stand. A Google search led me to Sugar House which had the largest selection of banner fabrics and stands, I designed what at that time was an awesome piece, they did a beautiful job of printing it, it arrived in plenty of time for my next event, and the durable banner and stand continue to serve me well. Their after-sale service was incredible - I received several emails asking if everything was to my satisfaction and requesting a photo of my banner in action. This photo is still on their website! They're not the cheapest, but you can't beat their quality, selection and service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for full-service banner work.

SCAM ALERT TL;DR…read more 1: Unpleasant behavior 2: Lied about not being able to ship a box internationally via USPS due to size. 3: Tried to overcharge by over $100 when quoting DHL & FedEx If I could give no stars I would. Initial experiences at Post Mart were excellent if you get the younger man who works there. Seems to be the son of the establishment owner. But I am shaking from rage as to what just happened to me with the owner of Post Mart (the lady with the glasses) I came in 15 minutes before close (Dec 31st 2022) with one large box. To ship to the UK. Long story short, I normally get shown the screen to see all available prices and quotes from UPS, FedEx and USPS. But on this occasion, the woman was short and snappy with me and quoted me roughly $650 by DHL & Fedex (she didn't even quote a UPS price). I asked for a USPS price and she said "the box is too big". I didn't question her and just said I'll split up the boxes and come back in a few days. I knew she was lying as I have shipped bigger boxes via USPS through a USPS store. I got home and checked USPS and my 18.5lbs 18"x12"x8" box was completely within the limits and would have cost $148 with $1500 insurance (Dec 2022 prices) priority mail. Fedex quoted $530.33 for the exact same day. So the lady not only lied about USPS not taking the box but she was about to steal $100 from me by over charging for a private courier service without showing me the screen to prove the prices were actually accurate. Also she must think I'm stupid because she only quoted me one price from DHL and Fedex when I know that UPS was also an option and that there are multiple options for varied prices, yet she only listed me a pumped up version of the most expensive services. I guarantee there were other cheaper options. You may be asking yourself, "How can she be so rude and try to defraud customers and pocket the difference without consequences?" Well the answer is that she owns the two store Post Mart franchise. So there are no consequences. The young man will do anything to help you out, but my trust is completely gone after what the owner just tried to pull on me. Totally outrageous behavior. I HIGHLY doubt she will reply to this because she knows exactly what she did and there seems to be little interest in the other magazine feedback this abysmal place has received. You should be ashamed of yourself and just because you hate your job it does not mean your justified in ripping people off. Avoid unless you enjoyed getting mugged off to just ship a box.
