The tech cut a wiring harness instead of disconnecting it and also cut the video feed to the rear camera both of which had to be replaced at the owners' expense. Then the rear bumper was placed in the bed upside down which scratched the plastics and those too had to be replaced at the owner's expense. Valley owed money and it took over a month to get it back all the while Broc of the Draper location lied about when it would be mailed out. When Jacob of the same location was confronted about the damage, he couldn't have cared less and said that's how they do it. Not very professional. The only good thing about this location was the lady at the front counter. She was very nice and polite. Body and paint were adequate, but could have been better

Quite possibly the worst business I have ever dealt with. I've never written a Google review…read morebefore, but the negligence, lack of communication, and incompetence here were so extreme that I feel obligated to warn others. I brought my car in after a minor accident to repair a few scratches. My insurance issued payment the first day they had my vehicle. Despite this, they claimed they hadn't received the check and delayed starting work for two weeks -- even though my insurance agent confirmed it had been cashed just days after it was sent. After finally beginning the repair, it took another two weeks to complete what should have been a simple job. A full month later, with virtually no communication, my car was finally ready for pickup. When we arrived, an employee discreetly attempted to charge the battery before handing the car over. What they failed to disclose was that they had completely drained it. The car drove home, but the next day it would not start and displayed a major system warning -- issues that never existed prior to bringing it in. I reached out multiple times with photos and received no response. However, they had no problem repeatedly texting me asking for a review. To make matters worse, my car now has scratches that were not there before, my personal air freshener was thrown away and replaced with a cheap promotional one, and the interior was returned dirty. It's also concerning that while their Google rating appears high, their Yelp rating sits around three stars. Given my experience -- and even a local AutoZone employee mentioning that customers frequently come in after issues with this shop -- it makes you question the consistency of those positive reviews. Between the dishonesty, lack of communication, and refusal to take accountability, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. I would not recommend this business.

I stopped to "rig" it, to get to a place. I called ahead and they said they would look at it. The price was so good I was shocked. The people were nice, the service quick and efficient. I highly recommend this shop! The price was on par with other quotes and the time frame was quoted a week quicker than any others. A day before ( a Thursday) the quoted date of completion (Friday) I received a call stating it was going into paint and would be completed on the following Tuesday. Okay fine, I get delays and issues come up. On that Tuesday I called and was told it was going in to paint and would be finished Friday. my daughter was leaving for college and needed her car. I let them know that Friday was unacceptable and was told they would see what they could do. They not only got the car finished Wednesday, it looked great. Sadly driving to college (4 hours away) she was tagged by a rouge rock that left a 2inch scratch in the hood. Luckily no dent and the paint job was quality enough that it did not go through to the primer!! If you are in a hurry, be patient and they will do a good job for you.

My dad has been going to Renan for YEARS and when I got my new car, I knew that I would also be taking my car here too. Renan was so nice and inviting. He showed us the work he does on the cars in his shop, showed us the different kinds of tints, wraps, PPF, etc. and explained what he was going to do for my Lexus. I can tell the quality work Renan and his team does. They work all day and late nights and are booked solid with new clients and return clients. Not only is it good quality work, but their prices are also very good for what they do. If you're looking for a place for tint, wraps, PPF, detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, etc... THANK YOU for being "HONEST and having INTEGRITY"…read more Just want to give a quick shout out to the Sav-Mor Auto Clinic, especially Alex who is the one who helped me. Being from out of town on a limited time schedule to get the car fixed I turned to AAA for assistance and found this shop on the AAA certified auto repair listings. I decided to go with them because of their high ratings/reviews. My daughter has a 2000 Toyota Echo and she has been having problems with the brake lights staying on once the car was turned off. Each time she arrived at her destination she would have to disconnect the fuse under the dash board or her car would be dead when she returned. I called the shop when they opened this morning, explained the situation, and was asked to drop the car off to be inspected. When I arrived Alex is the one who greeted me, remembered the conversation we had on the phone earlier. After the paperwork was completed he explained the process, the estimated cost for that specific issue but also made sure that I was aware the cost would be different if that wasn't the issue and the diagnostic showed something different. I let Alex know I was staying at the hotel down the street, which was a little over 3 miles away, and would be walking to/from the shop. When he heard the situation he offered to drop me off/pick me up but I declined... it's a beautiful day outside plus it would give me time to talk on the phone with my kiddos. I was on my walk back with less than 10 min to my destination when he called stating my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. He explained that the issue in question looked like it had a fairly new part and only needed to be adjusted properly; once they did it the problem resolved. When I got back to the shop I was greeted by Whitney and to my surprise the invoice read $0.00. He did not try to charge me for a new part, or upsell anything. As it turns out, my son who is not mechanically inclined did change the part about 9 months prior and the issue has been happening since then, so my daughter inherited the issue when she got the car. If you need work honest work done on your car at a reasonable price, look no further because Sav-Mor Auto Clinic is the shop to go!!! Thank you again :)
