Trust me, you don't need to look any farther. My 97 Land Cruiser had failing tint on every single window. The old tint was bubbling, cracking, torn, and discolored. It was an embarrassing mess. More importantly, for this review, it was a mess that nobody wanted to deal with, because removing old tint is not easy. I was actually turned down by two other tint shops before I found Vic. Vic didn't even flinch. And he did a PHENOMENAL job, tackling this dirty work and tinted every single window, including my new windshield and sunroof as well. If you take even three minutes talking to Vic, you will understand that he is the genuine article. He truly does care about his customers and doing a professional job. And he has the experience to back it up. Vic has been doing this for decades. He's the type of guy that will take the extra time to get it right and make sure that the job looks perfect. He takes pride in his work, and he's an honest guy. My job took him nearly 9 hours - the old tint coming off in little pieces. Sorry Vic! And THANKS!!! I could not be happier with the transformation that he did to my old Land Cruiser. Now she looks sexy again, and I absolutely love the tint!! I knew going into this that I wanted ceramic tint, and not the less expensive carbon tint. But Vic educated me on an even better option for the windshield. And I'm so glad I did it. It has practically 100% IR rejection. No heat gets through the windshield at all and that's what I need to protect the old plastic and vinyl and interior of this Land Cruiser. I want to preserve the interior as much as possible because I plan on keeping this vehicle for a lot longer. One more thing - Vic wants you to know that he is installing the film that you wanted and paid for. Some installers will sell you the premium ceramic tint and then install the cheaper carbon tint and you'll never know that you got ripped off. Without being asked, Vic brought an electronic device out to show me on my new tinted glass what the UV and IR measurements are, so I could be confident that he installed the better quality films that I paid for.

The tint did not go the edges of the window (almost 1/4 inch from the edge) and the shop that installed it told me they couldn't do anything about it. They said the machine that cuts the tint, does this always, and there was no way around it. I called and spoke to Josh, and he explained that what I wanted was a "shaved edge". It is a method that's actually old school, and it is where the installer "shaves" the window right at the edge to create a super clean look. I ended up having them tint my vehicle, and it looks incredible. Super laid back people all around, and a way nice shop. Sucks i had to spend almost 500 to find all of this out. Hopefully this review helps someone avoid the same mistake.

I called to ask for advice, and the team were super helpful and talked me through exactly what I needed to do in order to try and get things working - even though at that stage I wasn't a customer as my system was installed years ago in another state. Once I managed to get the vehicle drivable I went straight to their location, and they took the time to put the vehicle in valet mode for me and talked me through the possible error causes. In the end the fob was the culprit, and they ordered me a new one and paired it for me for no extra charge when it arrived.
