Trust me, you don't need to look any farther. My 97 Land Cruiser had failing tint on every single window. The old tint was bubbling, cracking, torn, and discolored. It was an embarrassing mess. More importantly, for this review, it was a mess that nobody wanted to deal with, because removing old tint is not easy. I was actually turned down by two other tint shops before I found Vic. Vic didn't even flinch. And he did a PHENOMENAL job, tackling this dirty work and tinted every single window, including my new windshield and sunroof as well. If you take even three minutes talking to Vic, you will understand that he is the genuine article. He truly does care about his customers and doing a professional job. And he has the experience to back it up. Vic has been doing this for decades. He's the type of guy that will take the extra time to get it right and make sure that the job looks perfect. Some installers will sell you the premium ceramic tint and then install the cheaper carbon tint and you'll never know that you got ripped off. After the installment they informed me that leftover glass would be in the door but would not affect the new window. A short time later I used the window for the first time, rolled it down, and it became stuck. For several days it would not budge, we even tried manually lifting it, to no avail. They had also left broken glass on the inside of my car. I brought it back into the shop and asked them to take a look at it, because it had worked perfectly beforehand. This is where my one star review comes from, because as soon as I brought it back in the employees turned hostile and unprofessional. They informed me that it was not their problem that the window was not working, but ultimately agreed to take a look at it. A few days later I received my car back and it was working, they claimed that it was working when I dropped it off, which it was not and I had attempted to use it again in their parking lot minutes before dropping it off, it didn't work. While the window now worked broken glass in the bottom was now scratching the pane as it moved. Upon asking them to fix the glass scratching the new pane they had installed they told me if the glass got scratched it wasn't their problem, they said I paid only for the pane of glass and for it to go into the car... not that it would work properly when there. After bringing up my warranty I was told about when picking my car up they aggressively and rudely said that it only applies to windshields. Which they neither told me when they gave it to me nor does it say on their website under "warranty". I was also told that this is a regular issue their customers run into, and they know that leaving glass in can damage the window regulator and scratch the glass, but that it is not their problem. The glass pane costs about $75 so for a $300 service I expect the expect the product to work as intended, not to be given back to me with high probability of failure that they both know about and are unwilling to fix. Ultimately unprofessional work with misleading claims. I am willing to change this review if the desired help is received but until then I advise not going to this company for work on car door windows, as they know their service is faulty and leads to long term problems for customers.

But the bigness of the company almost works against them. One of the reasons I often choose local companies is because of the kind of service and attention I get. When you order with them, there's a real push to do it online. That's great if you know what you need and what you're doing, but for someone who doesn't have this stuff made every couple of months it could be difficult and you may find the service at a smaller shop to be more up your alley. In a world where online printing companies are now super, super, UBER cheap it's often going to be more affordable to just send it off to Texas or California, even with shipping. I mean, if I'm submitting it all online anyway it becomes a pure price game. The good news is that they are local and real people do work there, so you can work a little closer with them if you need to. They've been around a long time and can handle just about any size project. And it's not just banners--they do tablecloths, car wraps, stand up banners, window banners (decals? wraps?) and a whole host of other promotional or products. Give the website a whirl if you're curious, but realize that if you're going to get a banner or project done just online, you can do a little research and save some money. Hopefully they'll be willing to walk you through it if you go in or pick up the phone.

Their after-sale service was incredible - I received several emails asking if everything was to my satisfaction and requesting a photo of my banner in action. This photo is still on their website! They're not the cheapest, but you can't beat their quality, selection and service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for full-service banner work.
