Very good quality, the best tint job I've had done after I've had 6 other cars tinted from other places.

I'm happy with the work done on my vehicle. It stays cool in the hot summer days as promised 60% cooler I'd say. (Arizona, Vegas, California) Still very visible, no issues with law enforcement. No bubbles at all and if so, warranties so it's covered. I had the 2 front windows done also and a 1hr heat test left my car inside at 90f and outside at 106f, not bad I'd say taking into account heat damage done to upholstery, dashboards, electronics, carpets, window pressure damage, etc. Location was hard to find but no worries cause the people in the area all work together and pointed me in the right direction with a snap of a finger. Strong 4 stars!

I had my 2000 Corvette tinted recently and couldn't be happier with the results. Marty knew exactly how to work with an older sports car like this one--no shortcuts, no bubbles, no peeling edges. The film looks factory-perfect and gives the car a clean, sharp look. Highly recommend. Don't use Apple Maps, use Google. Apple uses the correct address but takes you to the wrong location (few blocks north). read more

I just wish I had found Marty sooner! My Honda van looks so much better after his expert installation of side tint and limo tint at top of windshield... far more pleasant when driving west in the afternoon. I took our truck to Marty after reading his reviews on here and am so happy I did. Right away you knew this was something he was passionate about and loved doing so I felt comfortable with my decision. The way the tint came out was perfect with no bubbles and coming up to the top of the windows. When I picked up the truck he said how much fun he had with the windshield strip and apologized for taking longer as he had to fix a window. Will definitely be calling Marty for our next vehicle's tint! read more

I had the most pleasant contact today with Marty Lewis the owner and installer. He tinted my old motorhome with some fantastic tint, that completely blocks daytime viewing of the occupants. He was easy to work with and offered very competitive pricing compared to other shops. He even took time to show me small imperfections that have since disappeared as the tint has been curing like he predicted it would. I appreciated him showing me this because I would have been worried about it otherwise. He guarantees his work and the tint comes with a warrantee too. So far so good! read more

Meet the Business Owner: Marty L.

Hello. My name is Marty, and I'm the owner/operator of Peerless Customs. I'm originally from Minnesota, and I got into car accessories while living in Sacramento, CA, where I ran a successful business with my father. We installed woodgrain dash kits, rear spoilers, running boards, and I also did gold plating. I also ended up doing spray-in bedliners and remote start systems, and then learned window tint and paint protection. That's when I found what I wanted to specialize in, and have been doing that ever since. I've always enjoyed working with my hands, producing something tangible, and have always enjoyed providing a good service to others. I worked for a couple of tint shops in CA beginning in 2007, and when I moved to UT in 2009 I knew that I had found my home, so I started Peerless Customs. I enjoy what I do, and I will be here doing it for a long time.

The tint did not go the edges of the window (almost 1/4 inch from the edge) and the shop that installed it told me they couldn't do anything about it. They said the machine that cuts the tint, does this always, and there was no way around it. I called and spoke to Josh, and he explained that what I wanted was a "shaved edge". It is a method that's actually old school, and it is where the installer "shaves" the window right at the edge to create a super clean look. I ended up having them tint my vehicle, and it looks incredible. Super laid back people all around, and a way nice shop. Sucks i had to spend almost 500 to find all of this out. Hopefully this review helps someone avoid the same mistake.

Vic didn't even flinch. And he did a PHENOMENAL job, tackling this dirty work and tinted every single window, including my new windshield and sunroof as well. If you take even three minutes talking to Vic, you will understand that he is the genuine article. He truly does care about his customers and doing a professional job. And he has the experience to back it up. Vic has been doing this for decades. He's the type of guy that will take the extra time to get it right and make sure that the job looks perfect. I was looking for a pro to tint my fishbowl of a car, so I headed to the innerwebs. I reached out to several different highly rated companies over the weekend, and I was super impressed to hear from Marty with Peerless Customs within minutes! I know that some people write reviews because they got a discount, or have some kind of loyalty/connection whatever the case may be. This is NOT that. Never heard of this place, never met the dude. Also, it's worth noting that I just pulled my car into my garage after an INCREDIBLE job well done and have yet to have a response from the other 5 star guys. Just sayin'! Thanks, Marty! read more

We called on Tuesday to get my daughter's car's windows tinted and arrived on Thursday at 08:30 AM. And by 12:00 PM we were "out the door" as very satisfied customers. The work looked great and it was a pleasure to work with Marty, the owner. He was very patient in answering in detail all of my daughter's questions and as we drove home, my daughter couldn't stop gushing about how nice the windows turned out.
