I would not take my vehicle anywhere else but to Rian and the team at Frequency. My truck is my baby. I love it and take care of it like it is a family member. Rian understands my connection to my truck and when I went to visit him and shared my ideas for improved audio, sound dampening and other cosmetic improvements..he immediately understood what I wanted to accomplish and provided some outrageously creative (which I love) ideas and proposed to do some things I hadn't even thought of. I won't take my truck back to anyone. Even after the overhaul/upgrade Rian and his team stood by their work. These guys went above and beyond! I had 2 trucks done with them and have never dealt with people so detail oriented. They took both my trucks to a level that was so damn impressive! They really took time to find out what i was looking for (because loud to me is different to someone else). And they blew my expectations away. I'm the type of guy that doesn't leave reviews, but these guys are amazing. So I have gone back and forth on using these guys cuz they are slightly more than some other shops.... BUT LET ME TELL YOU!!!! They are the BEST most PROFESSIONAL and detail oriented place I have EVER worked with! I own a Jeep Gladiator and a Tesla Model Y. I will be taking BOTH vehicles here from now on for tinting and other mods I need that I can't do myself. They do good work and they work with me and my schedule. They split the Tesla job up because 2 of my windows needed replacing. They kept the discount they gave me. They also were so kind to give me a ride to the gym while they worked on my car. Scam Alert! I purchased a stereo from Rian at Frequency Mobile. It damaged my car and did not work. I have documentation from the car dealer proofing their stereo is what was damaging the car. After enduring bullying from Rian they finally took the stereo out but refused to give any refund. I am out $1100 for the stereo, backup camera and mic. All of which he kept and would refund nothing. I am also out a repair bill to the car dealer for $265. Even a third party auto dealer could not get Frequency mobile to be honest in the transaction. They recommended small claims and of course are very sorry they ever sent me to Frequency not knowing the kind of business it really is. I now believe that this is a scam. They install stereos that don't work and damage your car so you get in a position where you are so desperate to get your car working and can't handle anymore bullying that you walk away with nothing you paid for and no refund. The effort to get this resolved has gone on for 5 months now. Please don't contribute to the scam. Stay away and warn your friends. Also they have a C rating at BBB. Let that be a clue as well. All this can be verified with me and through the car dealer who tried to make an honest business out of them but couldn't. read more

Incredibly poor customer service that was outright disgusting in some cases. In addition they refused to fix the damage they caused during installation without a $400 fee, claiming "This is the real world" as a valid excuse for refusal to fix their mistake. You can also tell the owner has no concept of responsibility simply by how violently he refused to accept that the damage was his fault. read more

Absolutely the most dishonest company you could ever work with. They will sell you products that don't work and when you try to get your money back they will take the product then give you the run around and you will never see the money or the product you bought ever again! The people were nice to work with, but I owned a 97 Toyota Tacoma. I was getting a sound system installed I repeatedly asked for them to put the capacitor in and they told me it didn't need it. My truck was old there for the battery and alternator were too, so I took their word for it and they hooked it up without it. Two to three days later the system fried my alternator. They really need to take under consideration that some vehicles still need capacitors. read more

Without question the WORST experience with a company! If I could give a negative score I would. They misrepresent their products and when you ask to get what they promised they treat you like crap. I finally opted for a different stereo because fighting with them was so painful, only to have it kill my car. I took it back and they wouldn't just put the old one in but said they could fix it. So I let them (big mistake) and two days later my car is dead again. I took it to the dealership 4 times trying to solve the battery problem until we finally had undeniable diagnostic proof showing it was the stereo Frequency installed. I went back to Frequency only to get harassed by the owner Rian and belittle when I asked for my old deck to be put back in. He finally agreed to put my old one back in but says I have to pay 2 hours of labor fees! What? I have to pay you to get your bad stereo and components out of my car?!?! When I explained I couldn't miss anymore days from work because of a working car, his suggestion was to get AAA. Never have I seen a company so willing to rip someone off and not only that but make them pay for the experience!! Also, never have I been treated so rudely by a company. Avoid this company like the plague! You have been warned. read more

I had already had my windows done by an awesome company TINT SPECIALIST. So I went to Frequncy for HIDS. Later I wanted my windshield covered very lightly to protect my new investment. Ryan the own was always letting me know how they want there customers to be happy. When it was done there were massive issues with the tint! No knowing tint, I listened to them and when I went back a week later to have the fix it they had said that's the way windshilds turn out because of the curvature of the window. BS! So I told them to put a tint strip on to cover up there mistakes! I showed them where I needed it to be for when my mom drives it. It was pointless!!! I went DC AUTO And Josh said he overpriced me and did a shitty job. I went into Frequncy with my concern and JD was the only one there and expressed my concern. He said he'd have Ryan(OWNER OF FREQUENCE) call me so he could make things right. I would have given them a 4 because there cool and easy to work with but that's crap when an owner can't even call ya back! Go elsewhere!!! read more

I have had these guys do plenty of work on my car from new speakers, sub, amp, had my windows tinted, had them replace my lights with LED's and installed a remote start. Then just recently had them do a vinyl wrap on my car. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they also do great work and have a great eye for detail in their work. Rian was very helpful!
