I rarely leave reviews, but this one needs to be said -- this was one of the most unprofessional,…read moremisleading, and frustrating experiences I've ever had with any service provider. I booked a boat repair appointment and clearly explained the issue over the phone. I was told confidently, "Yes, we handle this type of repair all the time." They explained the pricing as follows: $75 deposit to confirm the visit, and a $175 flat fee for the first diagnostic hour -- which would only be charged if no repair was done. If a repair proceeded, that $175 would be fully applied to the repair cost. I paid the deposit and scheduled the visit in good faith. At the appointment, the mechanic -- Tyler, who also identified himself as the co-owner and said his father Jeff was his partner -- showed up clearly inexperienced. Per his own words, he had been fired on the spot from his previous mechanic job. He had no idea how to diagnose the issue. Instead, he fumbled around, calling friends and his dad, and flipping through the manual. This, after I was assured over the phone that they were qualified for this exact issue. When I asked what was going on, Tyler admitted: "I can't figure it out. I'll refund you the $75 because I can't fix it." But he didn't just fail -- he left my boat in worse condition than when he arrived, with tampered and potentially damaged electrical systems. I'm now considering legal action for financial loss and emotional stress. Then came the final insult: they sent me a $750 invoice -- despite Tyler's clear promise not to charge me and to refund the deposit. I followed up and spoke with him again. He told me he'd "have accounting reach out to fix it," but no one ever followed up. After more ignored calls, I finally reached someone by phone -- whom I believe was Jeff, based on what Tyler told me (that Jeff is his father and co-owner). That person told me they would take me to court if I didn't pay. This company misrepresented their capabilities, broke their word, possibly damaged my boat, and tried to bill me for hundreds of dollars after delivering no legitimate service. Stay far away from this business. What I experienced wasn't just incompetence -- it was deceptive, disorganized, and potentially predatory.

From start to finish, this was an outstanding job that left me thoroughly impressed. My installer, Rusty, was an absolute pro--extremely meticulous and detail-oriented. The Vroom system itself is unbelievable in quality compared to other slide systems I've seen. Even with the challenge of working around a slide box that was 2 inches out of square, Rusty handled everything perfectly. He carefully siliconed every single rivet on the slide rails, plus the tops of the rails, and all the replacement seals were done super neatly and professionally. Rusty also took the time to thoroughly go over the operation of the new slide system and demonstrated everything so I felt completely confident using it. Craig, the owner, was fantastic too--he was very informative when we first spoke on the phone about my needs and again at checkout. They accept credit cards (with a reasonable 3.5% fee given today's bank charges) and debit cards. I've carried a debit card for 40 years and had never actually used it for a purchase before, but it worked perfectly with no extra fee. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my decision to go with Elite RV. The quality of work, attention to detail, and great customer service exceeded my expectations. If you need RV service in the area, do yourself a favor and go see Craig and the team at Elite RV--you won't be disappointed! Highly, highly recommended!

That cost me $200 bucks. Paid him $478 up front for the part, he said he'd come out the day after it arrived to install it. Didn't show, didn't text back, eventually answered me and said he'd forgotten and he'd come out some point later in the day. That didn't work for me so I asked for a refund on the part and he was rude instead of being professional about it. Ignored me when I followed up 10 days later about my refund.

The defective part never did work right then I asked for him to warranty the product and he told me that I would have to send him $1011.45 so he could buy the part for warranty because he didn't have $1000 to his name so I did I trusted him And several weeks later no contact so I called him to follow up and he had never ordered my part and just sat on my money so I asked for a refund that was well over three weeks ago and I still have not gotten a refund. This is horrible customer service. Don't hire this guy unless you want poor service and lose your money at dishonesty

When obtaining quotes for a windshield replacement, this company was not the lowest bidder. I selected them because they represented themselves as providing high-quality service and cited a national accreditation. Service was scheduled for December 4, 2025. Prior to the replacement, I informed the technician that a dash camera was mounted on the windshield. He stated this would not be an issue and that he would remove it, with the understanding that I would reinstall it after the replacement. During the installation, the technician cracked the windshield from the interior while attempting to attach the rearview mirror. I understood that mistakes occur, and it was agreed that the windshield would be replaced the following day. On December 5, 2025, the windshield was replaced a second time. After the technician left, I discovered that the windshield wipers did not work. This occurred during a storm, and I had to wait over an hour for a third visit to correct the issue. I was informed that the wipers had not been reinstalled properly on the gearbox. After these visits, I was left to vacuum glass shards from the first broken windshield out of the vehicle. On December 21, 2025, when I attempted to reinstall the dash camera using the USB cable that had been left accessible near the headliner as agreed, the device did not receive power. It was later determined that the dash camera wiring had been damaged during one of the windshield replacements, causing a short and a blown fuse. The damaged wires appeared to have been twisted back together and tucked into the headliner, which was extremely concerning. On December 22, 2025, I requested a call from the business owner to discuss these issues. Instead, I received a text message stating that safety concerns are taken seriously and that I would be contacted shortly. No further contact occurred until January 7, 2026, when I was informed that the company would not accept responsibility for the wiring damage but offered a negligible discount for the windshield. I declined the discount and was seeking acknowledgment of responsibility rather than continued deflection. I can only hope this experience is an outlier. The attached video (explicative warning) shows the dash camera functioning at the time it recorded the initial windshield cracking during installation, and the attached photo shows the damaged wiring as discovered. There are additional and unfortunate details, but I am only summarizing the main issues and am ready to move on. Altogether, this turned into multiple appointments, follow-ups, cleanup, and troubleshooting that took far more of my time and energy than I could have ever imagined.
