Last week our GMC Acadia needed a fender repaired. Brady, Taylor and Jan were so excellent to work with. We were able to get our SUV in quickly and the work was professionally done. The business has an opportunity to improve on their communication. It took 2 months to get my bumper installed. The reason it took so long is because they never follow up to schedule your appointment. Then all of a sudden it would hit me and Id reach out then set a date. I spoke to them about the insurance claim and gave them all the details. They quoted me online which was a plus. Then they said they are going to order the parts. They never contacted me to let me know the parts made it. Then I asked next step. They said we need to do a paint match. I went for the paint match. They said they would contact me to schedule install after it's painted within 2 days. Almost two weeks went by and I realized I wasn't contacted so I reached out to get it scheduled. Dropped it off Monday morning and it was ready by the afternoon. This whole process started on 6/8/23 and was finished on 7/26/23 I understand I could have been more on top of it with faster follow ups, though I do believe it is the business responsibility to be on top of earning business and keeping the customer up to date of their sales process. I'd use them again in the future but I would be more prepared to make sure they get the job done in a quicker time frame. Take note that every person I spoke to during the process is kind and friendly.

I had a few other underlying issues that were caused by another shop, but Nudeez knew exactly what was done wrong and had my El Camino running like it's supposed to! Their setup is perfect! Enough guys to tackle a few projects at a time, but small enough to stay on top of quality control. On the way to their shop you will pass another shop called Wasatch Customs. You might be tempted to stop by and see if they might be a better option for you. They are not. Wasatch Customs does terrible work, unskilled employees, and they're more expensive. Trust me and stick with Nudeez! This is the shop you find and keep coming back to!

I spoke with Cara in the office and from my first communication to my last with Mike today, I was absolutely blown away by how professional, knowledgeable and kind this company was! Even though I called about 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close, they told me to bring my vehicle in that evening! I went home that night with an estimate to send to UTA. Once I received approval from UTA (don't get me started on THAT headache), Anderson's was able to schedule me for about 3 weeks out. Shortly after, they called me to let me know they would be able to squeeze me in a little earlier than that! I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and unfortunately, there was more damage found once they removed my bumper. They were hoping to have the car returned to me by that Friday, but because they had to order more parts, it took a little bit longer than they anticipated. Mike AND Cara communicated with me every step of the way! When I picked up my car, it was beautiful again! They did such a fantastic job, you would never guess that my Atlas had been hit by a bus! Their prices were also reasonable....enough so that UTA didn't put up a fuss with the estimate OR with the additional costs! There was one small detail which made it so I had to return the vehicle to finish up. The car had to sit outside overnight and it snowed that night. When the attendant scrape the windshield to pull the car inside there were some scratches left behind on the windshieldJOHN CHEVALIER replaced the windshield and no cost to me.
