Jared at BCC, went to bat for us when Progressive Insurance refused to replace our rear bumper with an original manufacture part. Bountiful Collision Center went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Not only did they get us Toyota part, but they absorbed the difference from the after-market part. Incredible! Finally, one of the characteristics of a trustworthy company is one who takes the time to read reviews of unhappy customers and respectfully attempt to create a solution because their priority is satisfied customers. My teenager damaged my 2004 Toyota Highlander. Didn't want to get insurance involved so I shopped around and got several estimates. BCC gave me the most detailed estimate out of 4 other body shops, broke down each charge, and even tried to save money by trying to find used fenders and other auto body parts to keep the cost low, especially since I was paying out of pocket. They kept to the amount of the estimate and now over 2 years later since the work was done, it's still in great shape. Hopefully, these kids stop hitting things with my cars, but when the next accident happens I won't waste my time getting other estimates and will just take my cars to Bountiful Collision Center. read more

Bountiful Collision was recommended to me by a friend after I was rear-ended in a car accident in June of 2021 which required a new rear tailgate on my 2020 RAV4 Toyota. They did an excellent job, but here is why I am writing this positive review about a year later: The back-up sensor on my car starting doing strange things a few weeks (over a year after they had done their work), so I took my car into the Toyota dealership which told me that the small sensor on the back bumper had become loose. They said that it would very expensive to repair and that it very likely had become loose because it had not been glued in tightly enough from the work that had been done by this collision company. When I took it into Bountiful Collision with the receipt for the work I had them do over a year ago, they explained that the small sensor could have come lose in a variety of ways but agreed to fix it for me without an argument. In other words, they stood by their work, did not try to dodge the issue and fixed it for me without delay. I appreciate their professionalism in standing by their work. I would use them again in a heartbeat! read more

Second time I have taken a car here, first time they did a good job. The second time they forgot to order 2 pieces to my car had to take it back twice and was never offered a loaner car. Still after the second time my cars hood was about and inch off and part of the fenders were not all the way down. I told them twice both times that it was off and they said they would fix it and was never changed. Got so fed up with going back I just learned to deal with it. I will never return to this shop and will be talking with my insurance company to have them take this off as an approved dealer because both times the quote was way off the actual price as well! I brought my 2020 Tacoma there because it was affordable and close to my house. I had a dent and headlight repair and it was around 1000 dollars. The truck was ready in a timely manner but a week later I noticed there were 3 paint chips underneath the plastic protective decals so I had to bring the truck back in for more repairs and it's still not the same as the other side and not to my satisfaction but it is what it is. It's stressful and time assuming having to go back because someone did not take their time to do it right the first time. I will not be taking my truck back to this place. read more

They take care of all of your insurance claims also, so you have no worries there either. They are outstanding and we wouldn't go any where else. A lot of times a negative experience at a body shop can actually be attributed to the insurance company's unwillingness to negotiate. I only went here because the insurance company recommended it here. I took my truck in and they said it would be done in 5 business days. I didn't get it back till two weeks later. The paint job where they blended it didn't even blend. They also didn't bolt in moldings underneath where they replace part of the bumper. They took off the 5 point plug for the camper trailers off of the bumper to replace it and when they repaced the bumber they didn't bother to bolt it back in. It had electrical tape to keep it secure! All in all not a good experience. Good thing the insurance paid for it. I would never take it here or recommend it to anyone. If you live in Bountiful, Progressive will refer you here. Take my advise and drive to Salt Lake for much better qualified company who actually delivers on time and does a much better job! They did earned one star for detailing the truck before they give it back to you. read more

I just have to say that this buisness is amazing! They went above and beyond to make my experience of having my car fixed a great one.
